Whether it’s a student in the Bronx or a family in Los Angeles, we believe everyone has an equal right to relish the natural world. John T. Holzum Memorial Foundation was created to continue the tradition of giving set forth by my father, John T. Holzum. He was a man of great integrity and character. He gave of himself relentlessly while being a great husband, exceptional father of six children, owning a business, serving as president of a school board, and serving as Faithful Navigator of his Knights of Columbus council. John T. Holzum Memorial Foundation produces events to raise funds for a variety of benefactors. Country Family Reunion benefits the USO of Missouri, and Mission Possible benefits Professor Craig & Shari Miner's mission trips to foreign orphanages to assist children with disabilities. The foundation funds a variety of special needs cases, including sending underprivileged children to Summer camp, buying Christmas presents for homeless children, and purchasing a violin for a young aspiring musician. The foundation will start a scholarship for two graduating high school seniors beginning in 2018. We intend to serve more causes as our foundation grows! John T. Holzum Memorial Foundation's staff have worked together for a decade to serve the needs of many in our community, and a wonderful support group of volunteers rounds out the family the makes our foundation a success! The San Francisco Public Health Foundation develops and mobilizes resources in support of the goals of the San Francisco Department of Public Health and its community partners to protect and promote health.

The mission statement of the agency reads, "Based on the teachings of Christ, Children's Foundation of Mid-America provides compassionate and therapeutic social, psychological and educational services to children and families of all faiths." In response to the needs of hurting children and their families, it is our intention to continue to be creative in serving the needs of children who have been neglected or abused, or who are at risk. Children's Foundation wants to enable each child to become a strong contributing member of our society.

The mission of the Kyle Braid Leadership Foundation is to educate middle and high school coaches and teenages to help them develop leadership skills to become responsible and successful in their schools, on their teams and in their communities.

By generating public and private sector support, the San Diego Public Library Foundation helps foster excellence in a free public library system that inspires lifelong learning through connections to knowledge and each other.

15 AND THE MAHOMIES IS DEDICATED TO IMPROVING THE LIVES OF CHILDREN. THE FOUNDATION SUPPORTS INITIATIVES THAT FOCUS ON HEALTH, WELLNESS, COMMUNITIES IN NEED OF RESOURCES AND OTHER CHARITABLE CAUSES. IT WAS ESTABLISHED BY NFL MVP, KANSAS CITY CHIEFS QB PATRICK MAHOMES IN 2019.

Our mission is to elevate the quality of life through human enrichment experiences for families that have children with life-altering conditions. 25 years ago, Kidd and Carol Cradick had a seemingly-routine sonogram for a naturally-conceived, otherwise normal pregnancy. But for Carol, it wasn’t the outlined image of her unborn baby that worried her. It was the unnerving description from the OB/GYN. Before long, they understood the possible complications this child could face following her birth. Even somewhat positive readings from future sonograms couldn’t shake the fear that their daughter may never walk or leave a wheelchair. Fortunately, Caroline Cradick was born healthy. It was then that Kidd made a commitment to help families whose outcomes vastly differed from their own. As with the birth of their own miracle, Kidd’s Kids was born: a charity devoted to families touched by tragedy or disease, families who rarely saw a smile on their children’s faces, families who struggled with serious economic strangleholds due to the high cost of medical care and deserved a few days of happiness. 
 Initially, the program began as a bus ride to Sea World in San Antonio, Texas. During the charity’s infancy, the Cradick’s struggled with a lack of experience and funding. However, thanks to the volunteer efforts from medical professionals, nurses and physical therapists, as well as the Kidd Kraddick Morning Show listeners’ willingness to embrace and fund the trip, Kidd’s Kids started growing at an exponential rate. As Caroline grew healthy and matured, so did Kidd’s Kids. She would eventually go on to fulfill her destiny as the face and executive director of Kidd’s Kids. By this time, the charity had evolved to feature a full charter plane trip to Disney World. To this day, the charity remains a family affair - a family that includes all of the children, their loving care-takers and families, and the Kidd’s Kids staff working in tandem. Together, they create memories that most thought were impossible. For this, Kidd Kraddick and Kidd’s Kids, shall always be remembered.

The mission of the Louisiana Wildlife and Fisheries Foundation is to enhance and encourage public enjoyment and use of the wildlife and fisheries resources in this state. With this mission, we promote, develop, and expand the Louisiana Department of Wildlife and Fisheries in youth recruitment, environmental education and training, and habitat conservation.

Friends in the City Foundation is a nonprofit organization whose mission is to provide youth mentoring and educational resources that impact urban communities. We will accomplish our mission through the vision of encouraging a growth mindset, enhancing our outreach, empowering the youth, embracing diversity and expanding our network.
