Summer Camp Opportunities Promote Education (SCOPE)

SCOPE (Summer Camp Opportunities Promote Education) provides children from underserved communities with life changing opportunities through the experience of summer camp. SCOPE funds camp scholarships “camperships” to send children who commit to staying in school to nonprofit, resident camps which will empower them to develop to their full potential.

Since our inception in 1887 as Life's Fresh Fair Fund, Trail Blazers has continued to fulfill our mission of facilitating the development of values and life skills essential for productive citizenship in youth through a portfolio of summer and year-round programs rooted in outdoor experiential education, social-emotional learning, and leadership development.

Point West Rotary Club Foundation

In 1998, the club created the Foundation who’s mission is “To manage and grow the funds entrusted to it in a lawful manner and to make available charitable funding in perpetuity for qualified beneficiaries selected by the Rotary Club of Point West.” Since 1998, the Foundation has donated over $1.1 million to over one hundred worthy charitable causes in three broad categories: Organizations that create opportunity, enhance self esteem, and provide physical and moral support for vulnerable children; Programs that celebrate or promote community service; and Service activities of Rotary International and other Rotary clubs. Grants must finance a specific benevolent activity; requests for support of general operations (operating expenses) are not considered; and grants are made only to qualified 501 (c) (3) and other tax qualified organizations. Game On Foundation

Game On Foundation, INC A 501c3 non-profit fund-raising organization that is founded on the principle of giving back. Our Objective is to provide financial donations and /or other gifts to underprivileged youth that have the passion and desire to play golf. We organize, plan and execute fund raising events and other initiatives to support underprivileged youth in their endeavors. Our ultimate goal is to someday open a golfing camp for those children. Golfing builds character, patience, perseverance, focus, confidence, Integrity, networking skills, observation skills, respect for others, and time management. All those life skills can be developed by learning and playing the game. “Game On” foundation sees the need for our youth to develop those life skills and we are dedicated to helping their dreams become realized.

Adopting Courage Foundation

Adopting Courage Foundation Inc. is a qualified 501(c)(3) tax exempt organization with a mission to effect positive change in the lives of foster care youth, foster youth who have aged out of the state system as well as other at-risk youth who reside in inner city and marginalized communities domestically and globally. Our CARE initiative is a grassroots campaign to mobilize the mission of organizations who currently serve the unique needs of youth through education, mental health, community, life skills, and mentorship. Funds raised in support of this collaborative community initiative will receive direct allocation of funds for educational workshops, mental health services, scholarships for higher learning, housing for displaced youth and other needs specifically outlined among the needs of this demographic of youth.

Friends Of Richmond Community High School

Friends of RCHS was established to coordinate community members interested in the continued success of the students of Richmond Community High School and to support the school through programs, with volunteers, and through raising funds. The Friends of RCHS focuses on activities that help the school meet its strategic goals. Richmond Community High School, is a nationally recognized leader in urban education.

Mr Hollands Opus Foundation

The Mr. Holland’s Opus Foundation keeps music alive in our schools by donating musical instruments to under-funded music programs, and vital support services to school districts nationwide, giving economically-disadvantaged youth access to the many benefits of music education, leading them to success in school, and inspiring creativity and expression through playing music.

We are a nonprofit organization that works with kids around the world who have had challenging experiences, and we teach them how to process and tell their stories through photography in a way that impacts how they view themselves and their role in their community. We provide a platform to sell their photographs and give 100% of the proceeds to fund the most pressing needs in their communities, enabling them to see the impact of their contribution. 1. GIVING AN OUTLET TO PROCESS AND TELL Our program provides a clearing where kids can process and tell the stories of their past, present, and future through photography with no judgement or expectations. Working with kids worldwide ranging in age from 10 - 18 years old, our custom curriculum teaches both storytelling and technical photography skills in a way that impacts how they view themselves and their role in their community. 2. PROVIDING A PLATFORM TO BE THE LOCAL CHANGEMAKERS 100% of the proceeds* from student photo sales fund much-needed supplies, and our model partners with local organizations in each community that determine which medical, educational or basic needs they need funded the most. In addition, the cameras are left behind with the kids or organization so that they can continue the work. *After production, 100% of the proceeds from our student photos sold online equates to 94% of each sale.

Wheels Of Happiness Foundation

The Wheels Of Happiness Foundation helps people with disabilities to become independent and reintegrate, and add value to their communities. We provide people with motor disabilities with medical equipment and supplies, scholarships, psychological help and inspiration to make them independent and therefore more productive. By doing this, we believe that everybody wins. The Foundation is funded by the help of corporate and individual donors and by special events.

Captain Planet Foundation

The mission of the Captain Planet Foundation is to give the next generation of environmental stewards an active understanding and love for the natural world in which they live. Our unique program of funding and supporting hands-on environmental projects is designed to encourage innovative initiatives that inspire and empower children and youth around the world as they work individually and collectively creating environmental solutions in their homes, schools, and communities.

Quaker Valley Recreation Association

Quaker Valley Recreation Association (QVRA) is a community-based supporting youth athletic programs for families and children who live or go to school in or around the Quaker Valley school district. In many respects, QVRA fulfills the role of municipal recreation departments for the 11 communities that make up the Quaker Valley school district. QVRA's work is performed primarily with private funding and all volunteers.

Camp Eberhart Alumni Association

The Camp Eberhart Alumni Association is comprised of past campers, staff, and friends of Camp Eberhart who share in the common goal of supporting Camp Eberhart through volunteering, mentoring, and financial contributions. The Camp Eberhart Alumni Association's primary function is to raise funds to support the capital needs of Camp Eberhart. We are a 501(C)(3) organization with a membership throughout the United States and abroad.
