The mission of My Future My Choice Inc. is to expose teens to positive influences and educate them in areas such as self-esteem, college planning, financial well being and social responsibility. Our hope is that after completing our program, our youth will possess an appreciation for a quality education, awareness of social issues, financial knowledge and a healthy self-esteem.

We accomplish this by running sustainable education programs for all children and youth in the Dominican Republic that can be replicated throughout impoverished global communities. It is our vision that all children in the Dominican Republic have the opportunity to receive a superior education and learn to their full potential. 

The mission of Girls on the Run - DC (GOTR-DC) is to inspire girls to be joyful, healthy and confident using a fun, experience-based curriculum which creatively integrates running. We serve girls in 3rd-8th grades in all 8 wards of Washington, DC. GOTR-DC has changed over 14,000 girls' lives since our founding in 2006. www.gotrdc.org

The mission of Mar Vista Family Center (MVFC) is to provide low-income families with early childhood education, youth enrichment, and educational tools to create positive change in their lives and their community.  Every program adheres to the basic premise that it is critical to empower children, teens and adults to play vital and responsible roles -- as decision-makers, community leaders, mentors, classroom volunteers and fundraisers.

Public Allies advances new leadership to strengthen communities, nonprofits and civic participation. Our unique leadership development approach attracts and develops young adults from diverse and under-represented backgrounds for careers in public life (nonprofits, government, and civil society), and to practice values that invigorate public life: collaboration, diversity and inclusion, asset-based change, continuous learning, and integrity.
