The mission of California Youth Connection (CYC), a youth-led organization, is to develop leaders who empower each other and their communities to transform the foster care system through legislative, policy, and practice change. Our vision is that all foster youth will be equal partners in contributing to all policies and decisions made in their lives. All youth in foster care will have their needs met and the support to grow into healthy and vibrant adults.

Our goal at Sunset Farms is to provide a safe and loving home for all animals that step onto our sanctuary, because we believe they have the right to be free to live their lives how they were mean to and to feel nothing but love and security from the humans that surround them. Spread the Word Nevada is dedicated to advancing early childhood literacy by placing books into the homes of children within Southern Nevada's low income communities. Through community collaboration, mentorship and family partnership programs, Kids to Kids fosters reading and language development opportunities ultimately leading to brighter academic and economic futures for these children. We are dedicated to changing the lives of our at-risk children, one book at a time.

Nebraska Children and Families Foundation creates positive change for children through community and helps ensure that Nebraska's children reach their full potential. To achieve our mission we work to build partnerships, share data, implement best practices in communities and influence administrative and legislative policies. Additionally, NCFF works to promote public education and awareness of the issues impacting children and families all along the lifespan.

Founded in 2002, Pacific Youth Choir has been changing lives through music in Portland, OR. Now ten choirs strong accommodating K-12th grades, PYC has also launched the PYC@Whitman project. PYC@Whitman is intentionally directed to address inequities that affect youth and families in our community. The impact of reaching children with music at a young age is so important and it all starts with you.

Hardy G*rls Healthy Wom*n is a Maine-based, research-driven nonprofit. Established in 2000, we partner with girls and gender expansive youth to ignite curiosity, promote thinking critically, build coalitions, and challenge the status quo. We’re about changing the culture, not fixing the g*rl. HGHW works with 1,200+ girls and gender expansive youth annually through year-round, statewide programs.
