A tradition of service...Our church building on the corner of Charles and Robie Streets indowntown Halifax has been an active ministry centre for more than 100 years. All Nations Christian Reformed Church is blessed to be located here in the heart of our city, continuing a long tradition of faithfully reaching out to our community with the love of Jesus Christ. We offer Sunday worship, education programs, children's clubs, community outreach programs, a food pantry and more. Our beautiful and historic building is over a century old, so it requires ongoing repairs and maintenance. Our congregation is currently raising funds for important -- but costly -- work that needs to be completed in the next few years. We appreciate your support of our ministry.

also has over 25 years of experience delivering literacy support to adults and families in Ottawa. also is a community-based program in the downtown of Ottawa, Ontario, Canada. We are often people's first step towards re-engaging with community, employment and training. We offer one-on-one teaching building on each individual's strengths, supporting them to develop the skills needed for the next step in their journey towards a better life for themselves, and often for their families.

ALTERNATIVES FOR WOMEN IN PRINCE EDWARD COUNTY

At Alternatives for Women we provide non-judgemental, supportive counselling from a femininst perspective. We advocate on behalf of women and children and we provide public education about the issuses that concern women who have experienced domestic violence. All of our counselling services are free and confidential.

The Alzheimer Society of Chatham-Kent provides the following services: Counselling for those affected by Alzheimer's disease or related dementias. Cognitive Testing. Support Groups to share experiences and learn new coping strategies. Day programs provide a safe and stimulating environment for those affected by Alzheimer's disease or related dementias. An In-Home Respite Care Program. Education Programs to raise public awareness and to assist those involved in caregiving.

Founded in 1982, ASLM offers a wide range of programs and services designed for individuals with dementia, their family and caregivers, health professionals, and the general public. At ASLM, both the individual and the family are provided with support upon diagnosis and throughout the disease process.

ALZHEIMER SOCIETY OF NIAGARA REGION

Each year, our professional counsellors provide over 10,000 hours of direct counselling during home visits for our more than 1000 clients and their caregivers and families across the Niagara region. We offer assessments, individual & family counselling ,coping strategies, behavioural interventions, and information regarding appropriate resources. Referrals can be made by family members, health care professionals, anyone concerned about a member of the community. The Alzheimer Society of Niagara Region continues to grow to meet the increasing need for service. This growth would be impossible without the generous donations from individuals, corporations, members, and fundraising events along with partial Ministry funding. ALZHEIMER SOCIETY OF SAULT STE MARIE & ALGOMA DISTRICT

The Alzheimer Society is a non-profit organization that was formed in 1984 to meet the needs of people with Alzheimer Disease and their families in Sault Ste. Marie and Algoma District. It is governed by a volunteer Board of Directors and is affiliated with the provincial and national organizations.
