Our mission is to continuously pioneer cutting-edge breast cancer education, support and research that speak fearlessly to the unique needs of young (or youngish) women. We do this by: •Putting young women’s issues on the breast cancer agenda in a bold, upbeat way •Motivating young women to focus on breast health through risk reduction and early detection •Finding and forging new platforms to reach young people and creating high-impact, fear-free messaging •Filling gaps in support for young women with breast cancer •Funding timely research programs that foster young talent and reflect the unique issues associated with breast cancer in young women •Inspiring new generations of breast cancer supporters through dynamic special events and fundraising initiatives •Partnering with like-minded organizations to bring more awareness and resources to the cause

Spina Bifida and Hydrocephalus Association of Ontario (SB&H) is a registered charity governed by a volunteer Board of Directors. SB&H provides direct support to individuals with spina bifida and/or hydrocephalus and their families, conducts awareness and education programs, supports and promotes research, and works to ensure fair treatment and social justice for people with disabilities. Our vision is to facilitate the reduction and ultimate eradication of these conditions, and build a society that is sensitive, supportive and responsive to the needs of those living with or affected by these disabilities. SB&H is not government funded and generates 100% of its revenue through fundraising initiatives. A small complement of employees and a multitude of community volunteers carry out the Association's work. We are the only organization in Ontario addressing the needs of individuals and families affected by these serious, complex conditions.

Inspired by the ideals and philosophy of Mahatma Gandhi, Child Haven International was founded in 1985. We assist children and women in several countries, who are in need of food, education, health care, shelter and clothing, emotional and moral support.

Led by Artistic Director, Danielle Irvine, Perchance Theatre at Cupids (formerly known as New World Theatre Project) produces and presents classical theatre each summer in Cupids, Newfoundland and Labrador. A breathtaking community on Newfoundland’s east coast, Cupids was the first English colony in Canada, and turned 400 years old in 2010. Built as part of the Cupids 400 celebration, Perchance Theatre’s outdoor performance space was inspired by Shakespeare’s famous Globe Theatre in London, England. Perchance Theatre features some of the province’s best stage actors and captures stories reminiscent of John Guy’s England, particularly what the settlers might have seen, heard, or written about in 1610.

This is accomplished through support counselling, skill development and social/recreational programs.

Paws for Hope strengthens and empowers the existing animal welfare system in hopes of creating a more complete, cohesive network of optimized organizations improving the lives of animals within B.C today and tomorrow

Power of Education Africa Foundation provides the funds for school fees, room and board, transportation, tutoring and counselling, if needed, and other personal expenses for deserving candidates. We assist them to gain admission to good boarding schools, day schools, colleges, polytechnic institutes and other institutions, so that they will have a better chance in life.

To give every child a chance to experience the benefits of meaningful recreation and, in doing so, foster better lives and build healthier communities.

It is estimated more than 19 million children worldwide are visually impaired. Over 60% of them would have no impairment if they had access to glasses. One way we want to help is by empowering communities to focus on sustainable local entrepreneurship projects that target the prevention of visual impairment and avoidable blindness from the very start. We are a group of dedicated individuals, all volunteering our time to this cause. Please join us in our mission and help kids see. Your time & support is necessary in order to achieve this goal. The SFM is committed to: - provide and maintain a multi-use facility for the community of Maillardville and surrounding communities. - present and showcase the art and performances of Francophone and Francophile artists to enhance artistic appreciation of the population of Maillardville and the general public. - contribute in education through French language and culture programs, courses, training, and summer camps for children. - continue to organise its signature event called Festival du Bois – the largest francophone festival west of the Rockies. With the strong support of outstanding partners, dedicated volunteers and generous donors, the SFM is proud to keep alive our traditions and share Maillardville's "Joie de vivre" with all. AIM stands for "Ability in Me". AIM is intended to provide specialized education and support for children with Down syndrome and their families, helping them realize their full potential by working collaboratively with stakeholders. Through individual and small group learning experiences with the necessity of family engagement, each student will receive the personal attention they require to learn, to grow, and to contribute in inclusive settings at school and in the community.

Canadian Roots Exchange (CRE) is a youth organization based on the premise that youth play a lead role in strengthening inter-generational relations – and should be active in developing a generation of leaders that will redefine and strengthen existing relationships between peoples in Canada. CRE works to bring together groups of Indigenous and non-Indigenous youth to engage in dialogue, breaking down walls and stereotypes that divide communities. CRE programming is led by youth, for youth in partnership with cultural and community resources and support from adult allies. CRE delivers three main programs: exchanges, workshops and conferences.
