Hildegard House provides a home and compassionate care for individuals at the end of life who have no home or loved ones to care for them so that they may die with dignity.

David’s House is the dream of a little boy named David Cyr who passed away at age five after a three-and-a-half-year struggle against acute lymphatic leukemia. Built so that families can remain together when it is most crucial, David’s House provides a home-away-from-home and support for families with children receiving treatment through the Children’s Hospital at Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center

Micah House is a small home that welcomes newly arrived refugees to Canada. In partnership with a large number of individuals, organizations and churches in the Hamilton area, we demonstrate God's love as we welcome newcomers by providing a loving and caring environment for their first few weeks in Canada. We believe that God's call to "do justice, love mercy and walk humbly with God" includes refugees from all nations, irrespective of ethnicity, religion, or political ideology. Micah House strives to be a place where God's love is felt and communicated within an atmosphere of welcome and peace. Micah House provides shelter and assistance for newly arrived refugees who would otherwise have been homeless upon their arrival in Hamilton.

Sarah's House is a program for homeless expectant and single mothers. Our two homes provide shelter, love and encouragement for women who want to make positive changes in their lives.

Crossroads House is a Comfort Care Home serving the residents of Genesee and surrounding counties who have been medically determined to be in their last stages of life (3 months or less). Comfort Care is founded upon the belief in the importance of honoring the well-being of every individual and respecting the sacred dignity of human life. The Crossroads House staff and volunteers are committed to provide personalized care attending to the physical, emotional,spiritual and social needs of our residents

To offer refuge, resources, renewal and respect to the maritime community through multi-faith service. Seafarers' House serves international mariners and local port workers at Port Everglades, FL.

Lily House is a community home for living and dying where we join together to take care of each other at the end of life—so none of us have to worry about dying alone. Our Mission is to provide around-the-clock hospice-level care in a peaceful, compassionate, and contemplative environment where terminally ill residents can live and die with dignity, comfort, and grace while being cared for with love—at no cost to those in need. Lily House encourages a positive and curious relationship toward our shared mortality, and offers education and resources to help make informed and meaningful end-of-life choices. Lily House is a member of the Omega Home Network a national grassroots movement to improve the end-of-life experience for individuals, friends, and families in local communities

Malta House promotes the dignity of God-given life by providing a nurturing home environment, support services, and independent living skills to homeless, pregnant and parenting women of all faiths, and their children.

Breakthru House transforms the lives of women struggling with drug and alcohol addiction by providing a long-term treatment program to empower women to experience physical, emotional, and spiritual healing through recovery.
