Hope for the Future Ministries (HFM) is funded by donations from individuals, organizations, churches and schools. It is registered in Canada as Hope for the Future Ministries, and in Tanzania as Hope for the Future Foundation. Since all administration is done by volunteers, all donations go directly to the implementation and operation of its programs.

Creating pathways for future bilingual educators to impact the next generation

With a mission to build and mobilize a unified voice, vision, and leadership to achieve a healthy future for all Georgians, Georgians for a Healthy Future provides a strong voice for Georgia consumers and communities on the health care issues and decisions that impact their lives. Our vision is of a day in which all Georgians have access to the quality, affordable health care they need to live healthy lives and contribute to the health of their communities.

Future in Our Hands - USA, founded December 2005, funds social and economic projects that foster human dignity and sustainable development in East Africa.  We have close and personal relationships with those we serve. We fund projects that support education, health care, and to help obtain potable water for those we serve. FIOH-USA is dedicated to more equitable use of world resources, and stands for a commitment to co-operation and active consideration (rather than competition) for our fellow human beings; equal rights for everyone; and co-responsibility to safeguard the environment for current and future generations.

FDSS maintains a scholarship fund to support South Sudanese students attend medical school. As there is no functioning medical school in South Sudan, right now our students are receiving training in nearby countries. Our students commit to returning to South Sudan to serve as the physicians for its future. Our goal is to identify the most qualified South Sudanese students, who are committed to creating a healthier South Sudan, with geographical, tribal, and gender diversity.  In collaboration with Real Medicine Foundation and the Ministry of Health, FDSS is also helping to build the capacity of South Sudan’s only referral hospital for a population of nearly 10 million – the Juba Teaching Hospital. The goal is that in the future students will no longer have to leave their country to receive medical training.

To help as many people as we can to achieve their goals and lead happy, successful lives through Education and Transformative Conversations and to promote values that aim at decreasing or eliminating inequity; promoting inclusiveness of diversity; and establishing environments that are supportive of all people. We are committed to advocating for & serving the marginalized & vulnerable communities in Santa Clara County & beyond. Our goal is to help strengthen the hope and resilience of our community members by making it possible for them to give new meanings to their past experiences and create new beginnings and opportunities for their future. We offer Consultation Services to Individuals, Couples, and Families for only $10 an hour at ourConsultation Center for Healing and Transformation.

The Bridge is on a mission to build connections that inspire positive change using sports as a catalyst to empower the youth and their communities.

To contribute to peace-building and sustainable human development by facilitating the psychosocial recovery of conflict-affected, vulnerable and at-risk children and youth, and by developing the knowledge, skills and values of community leaders, young people and their care-givers in the areas of human rights, children's rights, child protection and non-violent conflict transformation.
