YORK REGION ARTS COUNCIL

York Region Arts Council (YRAC) provides monthly educational seminars, networking events for members, and produces an annual conference www.ArtsExposed.ca. YRAC also helps market arts, culture and entertainment across York Region through www.YorkScene.com, in partnership with York Region Tourism and Metroland Media Group. YRAC also owns www.Artistmarketplace.ca - a virtual place for artists to promote themselves and sell their art.

Land Grant Founded in 1692 Occupied the Atrisco Area in 1703 Became Part of the United States in 1848 Voted to Incorporate into a Body Politic in 1892 Land Patent issued to the community in 1905 Became part of the State of New Mexico in 1911 Atrisco Land Rights Council is an Atrisco-based nonprofit organization with one mission – to improve our community by helping nonprofits be more impactful through education and the use technology to protect the rights and privileges provided under the United States Constitution ( Sovereign Clause), Treaty Of Guadalupe Hidalgo, New Mexico Constitution, Chapter 49 NMSA, Body Politic – Municipal Corporation created in 1892 for the purpose of governing our community for the benefit of all HEIRS. During the Last 50 years only Shareholders which make up only 10 percent of our Heirship have receive any value from their RIGHTS. Atrisco Land Rights Council provides community education through community engagement and by providing IT services pro bono and fee based consulting and outsourcing services to nonprofits, helping them harness the productivity gains long since enjoyed by the corporate sector, by connecting the needs of nonprofits with the skills and financial resources of the technology community. We focus on technology enabling nonprofits to focus on their mission while to evangelize the land grants mission of community engagement. THE SPRINGFIELD AREA ARTS COUNCIL PROMOTES THE EXISTENCE AND VISIBILITY OF ALL ART FORMS; PROVIDES EDUCATIONAL AND FINANCIAL SUPPORT OF ARTISTS AND ART ORGANIZATIONS; PROMOTES AND UNDERWRITES ARTS IN EDUCATION; SUPPORTS LOCAL, STATE, AND NATIONAL POLICIES WHICH INCREASE PUBLIC APPRECIATION FOR THE ARTS; AND ADVOCATES FOR PARTICIPATION IN THE ARTS BY ALL CITIZENS IN OUR COMMUNITIES. Council for Children's Rights’ (CFCR) mission is to improve the lives and futures of children in Mecklenburg County through legal representation, individual advocacy, and by addressing community-wide issues through research and policy work. CFCR envisions a community committed to standing up, speaking out, and acting to ensure every child’s right to be safe, healthy, and well-educated.CFCR defends and champions the rights of children to be supported and treated with fairness, compassion, and respect, regardless of personal circumstances.

Our Mission At National Child Safety Council (Ncsc) Is To Prevent Needless Accidents And To Help Save Lives By Providing Local Law Enforcement Departments With Meaningful Safety Educational Materials And Programs For Children, Adults, And Seniors. Ncsc Leads The Industry By Providing Thousands Of Public Safety Organizations Across The U.S. Over 4 Million Pieces Of Safety Material Annually. Ncsc Is Proud To Say That It Has Been A Law Enforcement Partner Since 1955.

COWICHAN VALLEY ARTS COUNCIL

The CVAC office is located in PORTALS - the CVAC Centre of Arts, Culture and Heritage, 2687 James Street, Duncan, BC. The PORTALS' goal is to be an inspiring "go to" place in which CVAC members and guests share local, regional and national arts, culture and heritage information and experiences with residents of the entire Cowichan Valley. Focused on creative excellence and best practice, PORTALS showcases the integration of all types of creative and artistic genres and highlights both the Cowichan Valley arts Council members and the community at large.

Texas Land Trust Council

The mission of the Texas Land Trust Council is to support and strengthen the land trust community to serve as a powerful voice for land and water conservation in Texas. TLTC seeks to advance and sustain land conservation throughout the state, providing programs and initiatives that ensure the continued strength and success of the conservation movement. To date, land trusts have helped to conserve over 1.75 million acres of farms, ranches, wildlife habitat, water resources, and natural areas across the great state of Texas. TLTC is proud to support this effort.

Arts Council of Princeton

The mission of the Arts Council of Princeton (ACP) is to “build community through the arts” in the greater Princeton region. Founded in 1967, the ACP promotes arts learning and appreciation in the community through three major activities: by providing multidisciplinary studio-based arts education to students of all ages, abilities and socio-economic backgrounds; by presenting a vibrant year-round calendar of free arts-related community cultural events; and by operating a fully-equipped arts center which includes gallery and performance space as a platform for more than 200 visual and performing artists each year.

MANITOBA CRAFT COUNCIL INC.

The Manitoba Craft Council is for people who love contemporary craft: artists and artisans, collectors and connoisseurs, DIYers and armchair enthusiasts. It's for people who value the originality and quality of the handmade, who find meaning in making. It's for the dreamers and schemers who seek to reinterpret the material and cultural traditions of the past through a contemporary lens. BC COUNCIL FOR FAMILIES

The BC Council for Families works to create healthy families in a healthy society. We are a non-profit, non-governmental organization that has worked on behalf of families, and people who serve families, since 1977. We: * empower families by providing educational resources on topics such as parenting, childhood development, parent-teen relationships, work-life balance, suicide awareness and more; * support family education professionals by co-ordinating professional development workshops and symposiums, and disseminating research and resources; * advocate for families by taking an active role in advisory commitees, task forces and initiatives that promote risk prevention and early support for children, youth and families in all their diversity

COLUMBIA VALLEY ARTS COUNCIL

The Columbia Valley Arts Council operates the Pynelogs Cultural Centre that includes an art gallery, gift shop, cafe/tea room, workshops, meeting areas and a small office. Gallery showings are held in Pynelogs on a regular basis from April through to October. Performances & concerts are held in Pynelogs & other venues throughout the year. In fall/winter months the screening of films from the TIFF are offered at Pynelogs. Annual special events include the one day self-guided Tour of the Arts highlighting works, on display & for sale, of numerous local artists and the Canada Day celebration of Mountain Mosaic with activities & entertainment for young & old.
