Yuba Sutter Veterans Stand Down is a nonprofit Public Benefit Corporation and is not organized for the private gain of any person. The specific purpose of this corporation is to provide services to any veteran, active or non-active military. Senior veterans, disabled veterans, veteran's spouses and dependents; without regard to race, color, national origin, creed, age, sex or religion.   Provide transportation, housing, meals and shelter for homeless veterans and family members.   Provide information concerning assistance with counseling services; any and all services that veteran and family members are deemed eligible at the Local, State and Federal level.   Provide charitable assistance to veterans and family members in need, i.e., food, clothing, medical, rehabilitation, transportation and housing.

Support the New Hampshire State Veterans Cemetery: -Plans and recommends improvements to infrastructure and operations that benefit the New Hampshire State Veterans Cemetery. -Enhances public awareness and appreciation of the value of veterans and their service through outreach, publications, ceremonial events and the Veterans Heritage Learning Center. -Supports and partners with Veteran Service Organizations to benefit the New Hampshire State Veterans Cemetery. -Accepts, manages, and expends funding and resources in support of the New Hampshire State Veterans Cemetery.

Veterans Empowerment Organization Of Georgia

The purpose of Veterans Empowerment Organization, VEO, is to enhance the quality of life for all veterans on their journey to self-sufficiency. VEO’s mission is solely dedicated to helping veterans put their lives back together. Veterans Empowerment Organization was founded in 2008 to address the lack of services available to Atlanta’s homeless veterans. Over the years, more than 6,500 veterans have been served through transitional and supportive housing, workforce initiatives, mental health and substance use interventions to empower veterans on their journey to self-sufficiency.
