Path with Art fosters the restoration of individuals, groups, and society from the effects of trauma through arts engagement and community-building

To improve the social, emotional and behavioral development of children and youth through quality therapeutic and educational equine programs. LEAD with Horses serves foster youth, children of veterans, kids with social, emotional and learning challenges, and youth who want to improve their communication, social or leadership skills. We help kids develop life skills and resilience through hands-on activities with horses.

To provide the tools needed by transgender youth so they will be empowered, supported and validated as they transition to their authentic life

Description Many Ottawa residents have good quality furniture and furnishings that are surplus to their needs. Every week we collect and deliver these household items. Often we arrive to empty rooms; our task is to leave them furnished and to leave our new neighbours feeling welcomed, and hopeful. Everything we do for them is free. Helping with Furniture is totally staffed and operated by volunteers. It costs us less than $150.00 to furnish a home completely.
