The mission of African Youth Alliance Of Maine (AYA) is to help African youth integrate into American society by promoting unification of the African youth community here in Maine. The AYA stands against misbehavior, violence, and irresponsibility. We will assist with and support good actions toward positive change in our community. We will assist directly and indirectly in the progress of our community here in Maine, and hope to help with positive change on the African continent as well.

Founded in 2004, Games for Change empowers game creators and social innovators to drive real-world change using games and technology that help people to learn, improve their communities, and contribute to make the world a better place.

The mission of the Alliance for Change is to facilitate the healthy and safe reintegration of incarcerated men and women back into society. We recognize that this requires an active process of re-socialization, including pre-parole and post-parole community support. Our program incorporates core principles of social justice and community living as well as practical skills that ensure successful reintegration and lifestyle change that is beneficial to the participant as well as his or her larger community.

Engage and Change is a charity that was created to foster good citizenship and encourage healthy communities by giving back. Engage and Change gives people and companies the opportunities to do hands on group volunteer projects that assemble and build kits to assist on the alleviation of poverty. These kits are then distributed to the local communities through social service agencies directly to their clients in need.

Founded in 2012, Stage the Change, Inc. was created to teach and enable students of the arts to use their "arts voices" to create the world that they would like to live in •To help students become global citizens through creativity and performance and learn to approach social justice issues which are important to them through theatre, dance and film. As we grow, these students provide communities with inspirational original performance which serve as a catalyst for change.

Change for Children partners with communities in Latin America and Africa who are struggling against poverty and injustice to improve access to basic needs, healthcare and education. Our development projects, their cost and priority, are determined by our Southern partners according to the current needs of their communities. Change for Children is about social change. With your help Change for Children supports initiatives in areas of: Basic Human Needs, Health & Nutrition, HIV/AIDS Prevention & Treatment, Education, Sustainable Agriculture, Indigenous Peoples' Cultural & Environmental Preservation, Child Protection, Human Rights, Democracy & Good Governance Promotion, Capacity Development & Income Generation for Women. In Canada, our Global Education program engages the public in a process of awareness raising, analysis and action on issues of global justice.

Skills for Change is a charitable organization dedicated to employment success for immigrants and refugees. A focus on professional communications, workplace culture, skills upgrading and bridging, mentoring and language classes directly responds to the needs of hiring managers from Canada’s leading employers. With a successful background in social innovation, Cheryl May, Executive Director, saw an emerging trend in government interest for increased innovation and collaboration from nonprofits to be responsive to market shifts and less dependent on public funding. Skills for Change launched an innovation program in January 2012 to test and push out new sustainable solutions in support and services. With an emphasis on strategic analysis, the approach weighs demographic and employer needs, adapting to the changing demands of the immigration landscape.
