THE MEETING HOUSE

The Meeting House welcomes people from all backgrounds regardless of where they are at in their spiritual journey. Often referred to as “the church for people who aren’t into church”, The Meeting House offers weekend services in 13 different locations and numerous weekly discussion groups called “Home Churches” throughout the Greater Toronto Area as well as Ottawa & Parry Sound. The General Fund provides for finances for how we communicate the message of Jesus, care for people, help them grow in their relationship with God and mobilize them to serve within and beyond The Meeting House. The Growth Fund provides capital and start-up funds required to launch and expand our sites, and create new discipleship tools to resource our community. The Compassion Fund raises money to give externally to global and local compassion partners. Please note that when a specific ministry is overfunded The Meeting House reserves the right to use designated funds where most needed.

Adonais Mercy House

Adonais Mercy House assists low income families; impoverished children suffering from cancer and other life threatening diseases all over the world.

Yellow Brick House

Yellow Brick House helps abused women and children by offering emergency shelter, transitional housing, counselling and supportive services; empowering them to lead violent-free lives. Aside from direct services to abused women and children we also provide public educational services within the school systems. Abuse prevention workshops raise awareness among students about the issues of violence against women while promoting healthy relationships. We directly speak to over 9,000 individuals every year.
