At the CMHA Toronto Branch we work with people who have experienced mental illness or psychiatric disabilities, their families and other members of our diverse community to • Develop and provide community based support services that help people who have psychiatric disabilities improve the quality of their lives in accordance with their defined needs • Provide information and education to increase knowledge and understanding of mental health and mental illness and services that promote mental health • Advocate for public policies that lead to improved quality of life for people with psychiatric disabilities, their families and our community

Ontario Shores Foundation for Mental Health is an independently incorporated charity whose purpose is to raise funds in support of Ontario Shores Centre for Mental Health Sciences (formerly Whitby Mental Health Centre) and its partners who provide services and support to Ontario Shores' patients and their families. High priorities for funding are innovative care initiatives, education, research, mental illness awareness and mental health promotion programs, and capital needs.

CMHA Kelowna provides a wide range of services and supports to those who are experiencing mental illness and their families. One of our core objectives is to promote and create innovative programs and supports that contribute to the recovery, secondary prevention, empowerment and community integration of people with mental illness in our community. Our programs are centered around the notion of assisting individuals to build their skills necessary to manage their mental health and to learn about services and supports that are available to them. Mental Health America of Eastern Missouri (MHA-EM) is a nonprofit organization founded in 1945, we are afflicted with Mental Health America, the oldest and largest volunteer movement in the U.S. concerned with mental health and mental illness. Our agency is committed to the B4Stage4 philosophy, an approach to mental health grounded in the encouragement of early interventions and treatments. We believe that mental health is fundamental to the quality of every human life and are deeply committed to promoting mental health for everyone. We offer various programs designed to be educational, preventative and supportive. The mission of the Alcott Center for Mental Health Services (Alcott) is to enhance the quality of life, promote independence and empower individuals living with mental illness to live productive and meaningful lives. The Alcott Center provides high quality treatment and supportive services within a caring, respectful community. The Alcott Center for Mental Health Services has been on the forefront of community mental health services since 1979, meeting the needs of community members who have little to no income and would not otherwise have access to the care they require. In addition to therapy, case and medication management, crisis interventions, trauma-informed studio art classes, the Alcott Center for Mental Health Services also provides supportive housing for people navigating mental health challenges and/or justice-involved reintegration.

Frontenac Community Mental Health and Addiction Services is a non-profit private corporation which offers a continuum of services in Frontenac County for people with a serious mental health and/or addiction illness. It was established in 1976 and has grown steadily over the years from primarily an affordable housing program to a full service agency. The clients, staff and members of the Board of Directors work as a community to offer quality services with an emphasis on psychosocial rehabilitation principles and practices. Frontenac Community Mental Health and Addiction Services has again achieved accreditation in May 2014 Accreditation Canada.

Our Vision - All people have the resources they need for mental health and full participation in community life. CMHA-Edmonton Region is a non-profit volunteer agency. It functions as a community centre promoting mental health. It works in partnership with other community agencies to educate about mental health and illness, to advocate for better conditions in the community and to help people build strong supports for community life. This is accomplished through social action, public education, direct service programs, housing and other special agency projects. The agency's operation is governed by the Mental Health Act, the Health Information Act, the Freedom of Information and Privacy Protection Act, the Companies Act, the Protections of Persons in Care Act and the Personal Information Protection Act.

As the largest specialized or 'tertiary' centre east of Toronto our programs are aimed at treating people with complex and serious mental illnesses that are often resistant to conventional treatments. In addition to inpatient beds, the majority of these programs feature day treatment options and outreach activities for patients living in the community. Each and every one of us has a personal connection to mental illness given that one out of every five people in Canada is affected. They are our mothers, brothers, colleagues and friends – they are those we know and love and we want to ensure they receive the very best care when they need it. CMHA has been part of the health care delivery system of this community for over 45 years. CMHA Niagara is an amalgamation of two former Branches, Niagara South and St Catharines. As a charter of the Canadian Mental Health Association, the CMHA Niagara Branch is part of a national network of 135 service providers, 33 of which are in Ontario.

Mental Health America of Middle Tennessee connects the community with specialized mental health and wellness resources, provides services that improve the quality of life, and promotes effective services where mental health needs exist.
