Camp Red Cedar’s mission is to encourage children and adults with disabilities to move beyond their boundaries through recreational activities, outdoor education, creative arts and interaction with horses, in an integrated environment, serving people of all abilities.

We are a worshipping community of faith who provide services to those in need, including daily bread distribution, soup kitchen, transport to drug & alcohol rehabilitation, emergency disaster services, food, clothing and furniture.

We believe that every child should have the opportunity to reach their potential. Serving as role models our mentors teach by example the importance of giving and giving back, staying in school, respect, confidence to learn new skills, and grow into healthy, positive contributing adults. We believe that by opening a child's eyes to what is, opens their minds to what could be. Each time we introduce a child to a caring mentor we start something special - a life changing relationships built on friendship, trust and empowerment. Guided by a team of qualified caring staff we have been impacting lives in Red Deer and area since 1976.

The Brooklyn Japanese American Family Association (BJAFA) provides parenting support to Japanese and Japanese-American families living inBrooklyn. Its three major areas of activity are: Teaching Japanese and Japanese-American children the Japanese language and culture; Making connections among Japanese and Japanese-American families and their children; Sharing information and learning to support these activities.

THE AMERICAN CANYON COMMUNITY AND PARKS FOUNDATION (ACCPF) IS DEDICATED TO ENHANCING PARKS, PROGRAM AND A PLAY IN OUR COMMUNITY

The National Italian American Foundation (NIAF) is a nonprofit, nonpartisan educational foundation that promotes Italian American culture and heritage. the NIAF serves as a resource in the Italian American community and has educational and youth programs including scholarships, grants, heritage travel, and mentoring.

WHEN AMERICAN KIDNEY FUND SERVICE ORGANIZATION (AKFSO) WAS ACTIVE, IT SUPPORTED THE PATIENT GRANTS AND EDUCATION OUTREACH OF THE AMERICAN KIDNEY FUND (AKF).

The American and Foreign Christian Union (AFCU) Organization exists solely for the purpose of supporting the ministries, in Christ’s name, of the American Church in Paris (ACP), the American Church in Berlin (ACB) and the Vienna Community Church (VCC). The American River Natural History Association (ARNHA) and the Effie Yeaw Nature Center are dedicated to providing educational and interpretive programs and information about the natural environment, principally in the American River Parkway.

American Soldier Network is a hands-on organization that raises awareness and funding to tackle the psychological and emotional battles affecting veterans on the home front such as PTS, homelessness, unemployment and reintegration.
