Founded in 2015, Live the Moments was developed to help in-home caregivers develop a happy and healthy lifestyle while caring for their loved ones. By caring for caregivers we can all enhance our communities, one moment at a time.

To improve the U.S. competitiveness, innovation and skilled workforce readiness by providing educational and informative content regarding why Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM) post secondary educations are critical to address the current and projected U.S. workforce shortage of skilled STEM workers. To address and remedy the shortage of Women and Minorities completing post- secondary STEM education and entering the skilled STEM workforce.

To support and advocate for health care, research, education and therapeutic recreation for children with special needs.

For nearly five decades, Fort Hudson Health System has provided the very best in care and services for the seniors of our region. They are the region’s first choice in senior care, filling a critical role in the health care system. They are the place and the people that families turn to when experience, expertise and excellence mean the most.

Many organizations are on missions of spreading kindness, however, we believe what really sets us apart is the active engagement of the local community from the beginning to the end of a surprise gifting! Community members are able to nominate a deserving local small business worker by sharing their story, and then get to see the entire surprise giving play out either in person on video. Thanks to the heartwarming videos and power of social media we have been able to create an exciting outlet to spread joy that surprises deserving individuals with a little kindness and recognition by the community.

Bolster and Bridge's mission is to integrate yoga therapy and mind/body programs into the medical community to support and empower people and their loved ones touched by cancer.

They envision a day when all people, regardless of abilities, are neighbors and friends.

We uniquely select, train, and mentor academically ambitious students from under-resourced communities to complete college and become the next generation of leaders who will transform their neighborhoods and our city
