WHEN AMERICAN KIDNEY FUND SERVICE ORGANIZATION (AKFSO) WAS ACTIVE, IT SUPPORTED THE PATIENT GRANTS AND EDUCATION OUTREACH OF THE AMERICAN KIDNEY FUND (AKF).

The mission of the Center for Asian American Media (CAAM) is to present stories that convey the richness and diversity of Asian American experiences to the broadest audience possible. CAAM is the leading Asian American media arts organization in the nation and a leading San Francisco arts and culture organization. CAAM accomplishes its mission by funding, producing, distributing and exhibiting works in film, television and digital media.

To protect and enhance the wildlife habitat, fishery, and recreational resources of the American River Parkway. Our volunteer, non-profit group of members and Board of Directors work to ensure that the American River Parkway will survive and prosper for the benefit of future generations.

To eliminate systematic racial discrimination and hatred against Chinese Americans. The Chinese American Legal Defense Alliance (CALDA) is the United States’ FIRST and ONLY non-profit organization dedicated to providing free and direct legal representation to all Chinese Americans who have suffered racial discrimination and hatred. Our mission is to seek justice and racial equality through litigation and other legal actions. CALDA will retain the best lawyers and hire the biggest guns for the little guys. We will defend Chinese American victims of racial discrimination in a court of law against all offenders, be it an individual, a company, or the government.

NJAHS is dedicated to the collection, preservation, authentic interpretation, and sharing of historical information of the Japanese American experience.

THE MISSION OF NATIVE AMERICAN CHILD CARE CENTER, INC. IS TO PROVIDE PRESCHOOL CARE FOR CHILDREN AGES 2 TO 5 ON A NONSECTARIAN BASIS. THE CENTER'S PRIORITY IS TO ENROLL CHILDREN FROM LOW-INCOME FAMILIES OF NATIVE AMERICAN DESCENT. THE ORGANIZATION ALSO PROVIDES SPECIAL DEVELOPMENT SERVICES FOR AT-RISK CHILDREN.

American Youth Football, Inc., established in 1996, is a support services organization, dedicated to giving back to communities by promoting the wholesome development of youth through their association with exemplary adult leaders in the sport of American football and cheer. Guidelines are established to ensure that players play in an atmosphere of learning with a competitive balance between teams.

Maine Franco-American Genealogical Society is a non-profit and tax-exempt organization dedicated to promoting genealogical research and education relating to Americans of French-Canadian and Acadian ancestry. In particular, we aim to serve the many thousands of individuals who are interested in learning more about their ancestry tracing back to Canada and ultimately to France.
