The Marcellus Free Library makes accessible to the community, its facilities and its print and non-print materials for recreation, information and education, while promoting an appreciation of books and learning.

CARNEGIE FREE LIBRARY IS A PUBLIC LIBRARY SERVING THE INFORMATION NEEDS OF THE 38,000 RESIDENTS OF THE CONNELLSVILLE AREA SCHOOL DISTRICT. ESTABLISHED THROUGH THE GENEROSITY OF ANDREW CARNEGIE, THE LIBRARY BUILDING WAS FORMALLY OPENED IN APRIL 1903. THE BUILDING WAS PLACED ON THE NATIONAL REGISTER OF HISTORIC PLACES IN 1981.

The first mission of The Free Book Bus is to enable all children and young adults ages 0-21 to have a home library. We focus primarily on those who cannot easily afford or access books. Our second mission is general reading encouragement - we visit public events and give away books to all those who visit the Bus

SlaveFree Today is on a mission to end human trafficking and slavery across the world. They do this by publishing the solutions-oriented Journal of Modern Slavery and by providing the highest quality field information and resources for the people on the front lines of this fight. They foster collaborations across the sector through our extensive curated calendar of global opportunities for work, studies and programs around this mission.
