We connect the uninsured to hospital-donated healthcare, provide assistance to those enrolling in health insurance, provide financial assistance to low-income folks who can't afford to use the health insurance for which they qualify, help patients discharging from the hospital get home safely, and help low-income families access the resources they need to be healthy.
