Pikler/Lóczy USA (PLUSA) promotes respectful and harmonious relationships between the youngest child and the adult. Inspired by the Pikler® Approach, our mission is to support the adult through service, training, and research in the USA and internationally. Our focus preserves the competence, autonomy, and integrity of the young child, as formulated, studied and practiced by Hungarian pediatrician Emmi Pikler, M.D. (1902-1984), in order to ensure the child’s well being in families and in group settings.

It is our MISSION to improve the quality of life for children with multiple disabilities or profound deafness by providing needed adaptive equipment and select services.

TCBF provides financial relief in a confidential, respectful manner to individual theater practitioners and non-profit theater organizations of Greater Boston and the surrounding areas, facing occurrences of a catastrophic nature including but not limited to extreme illness, devastating acts of nature, housing emergencies, vandalism, and theft, and who have limited or no resources with which to handle such events. TCBF recognizes the essential value of artists and arts organizations to society, and treats all applicants with dignity, discretion, and compassion.

Provide financial and operational support to Sociedad Amigos de los Niños, a Honduran charity that provides social assistance programs in rural regions of the country.

TakeAction Minnesota is a multi-racial people’s organization building power for a government and economy that works for all of us. The Olathe Police Department and Johnson County Sheriff’s Office worked together to put a basketball tournament together to raise money to help Cy Middleton and his family. In December 2007 Cy passed away from his short battle with lung cancer. The Olathe Police Department decided to continue to hold the Basketball Tournament every year and name it in memory of Officer Cy Middleton. Every year Cy’s family continues to help with the tournament along with many volunteers who donate their time each and every year.
