Grassroots Education Nepal (GEN) is a not-for-profit organization established to help Mikey Medium English School (MMES) in Far Western Nepal achieve its dream: high-quality education for boys and girls, whether they come from families who can afford tuition or from those who are socially and economically marginalized.

Education Beyond Borders (formerly Teachers Without Borders - Canada), incorporated in 2007, is devoted to closing the education divide through teacher professional development and community education. EBB is supported entirely by individual donors and corporate/foundation grants. We work primarily, but not exclusively, in developing countries, to build self-reliance, health, and capacity. We seek to empower by developing and implementing seminars and workshops that are consistent with best educational practices and sensitive to the host country’s curricula. With the help of technology, EBB will also create a network of teachers and their peers from various countries to collaborate on lessons that would allow their students to work together on topics of global importance and relevance. We seek to create sustainable relationships that will enhance our own classrooms by infusing our curriculum with global experiences and cultures through joint student projects.

With a solid building and additional collaborating partners who provide meals, clothing and basic school supplies, we at HES focus our energy and resources on teaching and learning. Through student and teacher sponsorships as well as limited unrestricted funds we provide basic schooling for 150 children from the poorest communities of Jacmel in Montessori kindergarten through grade six, allow teachers to pursue limited new learning opportunities, and support related community outreach programs. GPS delivers an innovative education model to prepare students for the technical workforce through immersive learning at local manufacturing companies.

Founded in 2004, the Nanubhai Education Foundation (NEF) is dedicated to promoting access to higher education for marginalized students. Our Nanubhai Scholars program provides college scholarships to financially vulnerable girls from rural India. We offer financial, social, and emotional support during a Scholar's program, and offer job placement preparation as they near graduation.

To provide free legal assistance to children, parents and community groups in matters involving public elementary and secondary education in New Jersey.
