They started by crafting wooden items which friends, family and neighbors could purchase by making a donation at their special events. Their name, Wood for Water, was because they'd use wood to make clean water available to those in need. They still hold some special events but are grateful for donations from anywhere in the world to support their mission.

Walking On Water is a Christian non-profit organization dedicated to sharing the Gospel of Jesus Christ with this generation’s global surfing community since 1995. Professional surfer Bryan Jennings started Walking on Water with the vision of using his surfing abilities to share his faith with young people. His idea was to hold an overnight surf camp for junior high and high school students where he would not only teach students how to surf, but also focus on sharing his Christian faith. What started as a small camp of ten students has now grown into a worldwide ministry that reaches thousands of people through films, outreach events, surf camps, and international mission trips.
Blue Water Theatre Company is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. We depend, in large part, on the generosity of individuals to support our programming. We serve students throughout the Twin Cities metro area and provide them with performing and educational opportunities that they cannot find anywhere else.

COMMUNITY TRANSFORMATION EFFORTS IN A REMOTE VILLAGE IN AKOT, SOUTH SUDAN AND NORTHERN UGANDA. THESE INCLUDE: PRIMARY SCHOOL EDUCATION, WOMEN'S BIBLE AND VOCATIONAL TRAINING, PASTOR AND CHURCH DEVELOPMENT AND AGRICULTURAL TRAINING.
1. To provide Christian holistic counselling and therapy to individuals, couples and families with personal, interpersonal, marital, inter-generational and spiritual concerns, so as to enable service recipients to become more effective in dealing with life challenges and to grow towards wholeness of life. 2. To develop and promote personal growth, family life education programs and education resource materials. 3. To provide development and training opportunities for both professionals and lay people. 4. To work with other services and organizations to identify current issues and meet current needs, so as to enhance the quality of life in the community.
