Mental Health America of the Heartland is dedicated to promoting the mental health of the community, and improving the quality of life of persons with mental illness, through advocacy, education and support.

Mental Health America of Middle Tennessee connects the community with specialized mental health and wellness resources, provides services that improve the quality of life, and promotes effective services where mental health needs exist.

Mental Health America of Eastern Missouri (MHA-EM) is a nonprofit organization founded in 1945, we are afflicted with Mental Health America, the oldest and largest volunteer movement in the U.S. concerned with mental health and mental illness. Our agency is committed to the B4Stage4 philosophy, an approach to mental health grounded in the encouragement of early interventions and treatments. We believe that mental health is fundamental to the quality of every human life and are deeply committed to promoting mental health for everyone. We offer various programs designed to be educational, preventative and supportive. All donations go towards our various programs such as: Advocating for mental health consumers within the mental health system Vocational support for those ready to return to the work place. A place to learn life skills, regain confidence and respect within our REACH program. Facilitating support groups for mental health consumers, care givers of mental health consumers, and those impacted by the suicide of a loved one. Outreach and advocacy for the homeless Educating the public and corporations on mental health matters Offering certification in Suicide Intervention and Mental Health First Aid

Ontario Shores Foundation for Mental Health is an independently incorporated charity whose purpose is to raise funds in support of Ontario Shores Centre for Mental Health Sciences (formerly Whitby Mental Health Centre) and its partners who provide services and support to Ontario Shores' patients and their families. High priorities for funding are innovative care initiatives, education, research, mental illness awareness and mental health promotion programs, and capital needs.

The mission of the Alcott Center for Mental Health Services (Alcott) is to enhance the quality of life, promote independence and empower individuals living with mental illness to live productive and meaningful lives. The Alcott Center provides high quality treatment and supportive services within a caring, respectful community. The Alcott Center for Mental Health Services has been on the forefront of community mental health services since 1979, meeting the needs of community members who have little to no income and would not otherwise have access to the care they require. In addition to therapy, case and medication management, crisis interventions, trauma-informed studio art classes, the Alcott Center for Mental Health Services also provides supportive housing for people navigating mental health challenges and/or justice-involved reintegration.

At Mental Health Advocates, we take a holistic approach to supporting the mental health of individuals and families. Whether you need help getting through life’s challenges or finding treatment for a mental illness, you can count on us to listen, comfort, and guide you to the right program or healthcare resource.

We provide caring, community-based support programs like supportive and independent living, homeless outreach, recreation, suicide bereavement support, and peer support programs for families and individuals. As well, we work closely with other community organizations to bridge gaps in the mental health care system and facilitate access to important services and resources. One in five people experience a mental disorder in their lifetimes and most of us know someone who has faced a mental health challenge or concern. CMHA – Calgary Region strives to improve public understanding of mental health issues at home, in the community, and workplace through community education, advocacy and mental health awareness initiatives. Our Vision - All people have the resources they need for mental health and full participation in community life. CMHA-Edmonton Region is a non-profit volunteer agency. It functions as a community centre promoting mental health. It works in partnership with other community agencies to educate about mental health and illness, to advocate for better conditions in the community and to help people build strong supports for community life. This is accomplished through social action, public education, direct service programs, housing and other special agency projects. The agency's operation is governed by the Mental Health Act, the Health Information Act, the Freedom of Information and Privacy Protection Act, the Companies Act, the Protections of Persons in Care Act and the Personal Information Protection Act.
