Our goal is to challenge participants to achieve 10,000 steps per day for a week, whether by walking, running, cycling, or any other physical activity that helps you reach your daily step goal. Participants can use a fitness tracker or app to monitor their progress and update their daily steps on our fundraising page. By participating in this challenge, you'll not only be taking a positive step towards a healthier lifestyle, but you'll also be making a real difference in the lives of others. We encourage participants to share their progress on social media and reach out to friends and family to sponsor their efforts.
