Support for South Dakota's LGBTQ+ & 2S Community

We are committed to serving the transgender and broader LGBQ2S community in South Dakota.  Recently, our funding from the state of South Dakota Department of Health was terminated.  We ask that you partner with us to raise $105,000 to cover the funding shortfall that was created.  These funds will help us to continue to develop a Community Health Worker program and allow our CHW to meet the needs of South Dakota members of the LGBTQ2S community across the state who experience disparate health outcomes.
