TGI (trans, gender diverse, & intersex) people are among one of the most economically vulnerable communities due to workplace discrimination, lack of access to medical & educational resources, the absence of a family support system, & needing to work jobs with a higher sensitivity to COVID-19.
TCW is one of the only workforce development nonprofits in the nation dedicated to addressing these inequities by providing TGI people FREE career support services.
A donation to TCW is a donation in support of the economic empowerment of TGI people.
About This Fundraiser
Every dollar goes towards helping a TGI (Trans, Gender Diverse, and Intersex) person upskill, prepare and apply for jobs, and ultimately gain stable employment with a trans-inclusive employer.
