Val's Potluck Movie Night was a night to remember. Amazing live musical performances, special celebrity guests and a whole love of love for Top Gun. As part of the event we ask that attendees please give what they can to support the two great causes this event is benefiting - the USO and TwainMania Foundation.
About the TwainMania Foundation:
TwainMania, a nonprofit organization founded by Val Kilmer, was inspired by the writings and philosophy of Mark Twain. It’s a unique program for students that teaches empathy and critical thinking, as they explore the question, “what does it mean to be a real American?” The nonprofit also helps fund other theater arts programs that support students in exploring the deeper meaning of life.
About The USO:
The USO strengthens America’s military service members by keeping them connected to family, home and country, throughout their service to the nation. The USO is doing incredible work right now to help out the crisis in Afghanistan.
