Farm Lot 59's mission is to incubate and inspire the culture of urban farming in our community through education, food accessibility, and by being a model of sustainable agriculture practices. We believe in creating a healthier, more sustainable future for our community and beyond. Our work is rooted in the principles of responsible agriculture, education, and access to fresh, nutritious food. Long Beach Local is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, founded by Sasha Kanno in 2010.
