Wrkz Inc. was born from the belief that untapped talent exists everywhere, but opportunity does not. Our journey started with a simple but profound idea: Faith without works is dead. 

Wrkz founder, Eric Meniefield, experienced firsthand how access to mentorship, niche education, and training could yield life-changing opportunities, and he knew he had to pay it forward.

Determined to bridge the digital divide, Eric founded a nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering underserved youth and young adults with User Experience Design and Content Strategy skills.

Wrkz offers pathways to economic sustainability by providing hands-on learning experiences and real-world opportunities. Our creators don’t just learn; they apply their skills to support local small businesses, transforming both their own lives and the communities around them.

Through Wrkz, young underserved talent gain access to digital technology education, training, career opportunities and resources. At the same time, local vendors receive high-quality, affordable UXD and CS services allowing them to scale and thrive in the digital space.
