Home Dog LA believes that every family deserves to keep their beloved pets, even when they come across hard times. Our mission is to prevent economically stressed families of north central Los Angeles from surrendering their pets to the shelter by presenting them with alternative options. We offer access to resources, education, and information, all designed to help keep pets in their homes. Ultimately, we hope our work makes the community a more compassionate place to live.
Halfway Home Rescue Inc is a 501(c) 3 non-profit organization dedicated to saving the lives of abused, abandoned, and homeless animals. We provide spay/neuter and other veterinary care to every animal that passes through our doors. Our phones ring 24/7 and we try our best to keep up with the calls, as space and finances allow. No one takes a salary. More than 500 lives are saved each year and no animals are ever euthanized for space. The constant struggle to assist every animal in need spreads our volunteers very thin. We need all the help we can get to continue our work. HHR's success is reliant on the kindness and generosity of those who believe in the work that we do.

Forever Home Canine Rescue is a 501(c) (3) non-profit, all-volunteer supported rescue for unwanted and homeless dogs. Small breed dogs are our specialty, but they do on occasion rescue other sizes of dogs. They do not have a shelter, and operate solely out of a network of foster homes. Their mission is to find loving "forever" homes for the deserving dogs in their care and to provide education regarding responsible pet ownership.
A Forever Home Rescue Foundation (AFH) is a non-profit, all-breed dog rescue based in northern Virginia. Our mission is to rescue, rehabilitate, and rehome abused, neglected, abandoned, and unwanted puppies and dogs. Our goal is to match each dog with their perfect forever home. We have no paid staff and rely on donations to support our lifesaving work. We do not have a facility - we utilize volunteer foster parents to provide love and care while our pups wait for their forever families to find them.
Home for Good Dog Rescue (HFGDR) is a 100% foster-based, non-profit 501(c)(3) dog rescue in Summit, New Jersey with offices in Berkeley Heights, New Jersey. We rescue homeless dogs from high-kill shelters throughout South Carolina and Georgia, which are overflowing with unwanted dogs on the brink of being euthanized. We socialize, care for, and provide them life-saving medical care at our property in Aiken, SC, transport them to our rescue in New Jersey, and nurture them in our network of foster families while they await adoption into loving homes – giving them a second chance at life.
Their mission is to rescue, rehabilitate, and re-home pets. If pets fail to be adopted for any reason they will live out the remainder of their lives with them. They do not support euthanasia for the purpose of controlling pet overpopulation and endeavor to end this practice nationwide. It is their goal to provide community support programs that will preserve longevity in the relationship between family and pets. Their doors will be open to accept and protect animals from the threat of abandonment, abuse, or neglect.
"We are dedicated to rescuing homeless and unwanted animals. We are a non-profit, 501(c) 3-tax exempt, no-kill dog rescue and placement organization based in Minnesota. Although our focus is primarily on rescuing dogs, we sometimes rescue cats & kittens as well. We are an independent organization and depend solely on adoption fees, fundraisers, and donations to operate. We receive NO government support.
