The shelter is a registered, non-profit, charitable organization. The Oromocto & Area SPCA is not government funded and we rely on donations from the public and organize fundraising activities throughout the year to carry out the day-to-day operations of the shelter The goal of the Oromocto and Area SPCA is to find a home for every adoptable animal in our care. Currently, we are hoping to move into a new facility this year! On the "Donate Now" page, you have a choice as to whether you would like to donate to the General Operating Fund or the New Building Fund. Anything that you can give would be greatly appreciated! Paws Give Me Purpose Incorporated is a 501(c)(3) Sanctuary located in Southern New Jersey. Our mission is to provide a bridge of care that supports senior, hospice and special needs dogs so they can live their lives to the fullest. We believe that all dogs deserve a second chance at life – especially those that need care, love, and understanding. One of the most important missions here at Paws Give Me Purpose, beyond caring for the animals that call our Sanctuary home, is educating the public. The ultimate goal is to change the way that humans think of, and treat, dogs with special needs. We are strictly a volunteer-run organization and all donations go directly towards the care of the Sanctuary residents. The Hotel for Dogs & Cats is a Rescue & Adoption Service and is run solely by your donations. Because of your wonderful assistance, every puppy, dog, kitten & cat that you see on the website has the chance to find their forever homes.

We believe K9 police officers deserve the same protection as human police officers. We are making it a priority to vest as many K9 officers as we can to send them home at the end of their shift.

SpooBell Weimaraner Rescue & the Littles is a non-profit, volunteer/foster based animal adoption group. All dogs have been seen by a veterinarian to ensure you are adopting a healthy dog. Any dog with special issues or requiring special homes will be fully explained before the adoption process.

Our mission is to give each dog in our rescue the very best care, foster home, and opportunity possible to prepare for his or her forever home. We believe every dog deserves a chance, a friend, a family.
