The mission of the Philharmonic Society of Orange County is to foster an appreciation for music by presenting national and international performances of the highest quality, while also providing dynamic and innovative music education programs for individuals of all ages.

To present the highest-quality performances of great music, bringing national and international distinction to the orchestra and its community; To delight and educate audiences of all ages and backgrounds, and enhance the cultural vitality and quality of life in these islands; and To operate in a financially sound manner.

Owen/Cox Dance Group's mission is to create new music and dance collaborations, to present high-quality contemporary dance performances with live music, and to engage as wide an audience as possible through affordable live performance, education and outreach programs. With this mission in mind, founders Jennifer Owen and Brad Cox bring together some of Kansas City's most talented artists, representing a variety of genres, to perform contemporary dance with live music. With diverse backgrounds ranging from the Bolshoi Ballet and the Leningrad Chamber Orchestra, to Alvin Ailey and Dave Brubeck, these dancers and musicians form a highly skilled and multi-faceted corps. The collaborative results speak for themselves: fresh and vibrant new works that are classical in form, but contemporary in expression.

The festival creates an artistic magnet, drawing a national and international audience of Williams enthusiasts to a small tourist town on the tip of Cape Cod on an otherwise quiet fall weekend, bolstering the tourist economy and cementing the relationship between of one of our great American artists and Provincetown.The mission of the Festival is:* to produce performances that examine and celebrate Tennessee Williams work, life and evolving historical importance including the playwright's connection to Provincetown;* to honor Williams as a playwright of enduring and international relevance and significance; * to encourage the searching spirit of Williams writing to inspire new creative work; and* to draw on Provincetown's perspective as the longest-running American artist colony where serious American drama was born.

Los Angeles Opera created a sensation with its debut production of Verdi's Otello starring Plácido Domingo in October 1986. Under the leadership of Founding General Director Peter Hemmings and then Plácido Domingo, Los Angeles Opera has grown to become a company of international stature. Presenting leading productions in the standard repertory as well as new and rarely-staged operas, the Company brings prominent Los Angeles artists together with other world-renowned singers, designers, directors and conductors to create opera that attracts the attention of international audiences and critics. Since its inception, Los Angeles Opera has served nearly one million students, senior citizens, and other audiences through its internationally recognized Education and Community Programs.

The mission of the Gallo Center for the Arts is to enrich the quality of life in the San Joaquin Valley by providing an inspirational civic gathering place where regional, national and international cultural activities illuminate, educate and entertain. The Gallo Center for the Arts celebrates the diversity of our community by offering an array of affordable cultural opportunities designed to appeal, and be accessible, to all.

The mission of the New York Philharmonic is to support, maintain, and operate an internationally pre-eminent symphony orchestra in New York; to maintain and foster an interest in and enjoyment of music; to encourage the composition of symphonic music; and to instill in its community, and the nation at large, an interest in symphonic music by providing local concerts, domestic and international tours, education programs, media broadcasts, and recordings.

The mission of The Academy of Vocal Arts is to be the world’s premier institution for training young artists as international opera singers. Through rigorous instruction and coaching, and by presentations of Resident Artists from around the world in fully staged professional opera productions, as well as concerts, oratorios, public programs, The Academy will train artists with the highest potential for career success while enriching lives in Philadelphia and beyond.

LGM&A provides opportunities for our Silicon Valley community to enjoy and appreciate a full spectrum of fine arts through live performances, exhibitions and educational programs. We produce outstanding quality, free-to-the-public concerts, featuring world-class local and international musicians. Additionally, we sponsor youth workshops and provide funding for music and arts programs for people of all ages.

Burnaby Hospital Foundation raises funds to support the medical equipment needs of Burnaby Hospital. Burnaby Hospital is a 300 bed, community based, acute care hospital caring for over 230,000 people every year. Our Emergency department is one of the busiest in the Province of BC and treats over 45,000 adults and 12,000 children annually.
