New Orleans Musicians Assistance Foundation

NOMAF expands the services of the NOMC and its mission to keep New Orleans music ALIVE by sustaining New Orleans’ traditional music cultures. We do this by providing cost-efficient access to comprehensive, wellness education and preventive health care, mental health and social services. Regardless of the patients’ ability to pay, NOMC is the medical home for more than 2,500 local musicians and tradition bearers.

Karlovsky & Company Dance

Karlovsky & Company Dance is a St. Louis based contemporary modern dance company dedicated to exploring and nurturing the art of dance with innovative choreography that illuminates the human experience. The company fosters collaborative relationships among musicians, visual artists, and choreographers reaching local, national, and international audiences through concert and informal performances, and dance education. Founder and artistic director, Dawn Karlovsky, is a 2015 Artist Fellow of the Regional Arts Commission in St. Louis.

IMOD is building this vibrant, inclusive ecosystem in partnership with notable artists, educators, technology innovators, and cultural institutions, elevating the diversity, interconnectedness, and cultural impact of an indispensable universal art form.

Charleston Music Festival and School

Founded in 2010, the Charleston International Music School (CIMS) provides excellence in performing arts education here in the Low Country, as well as on a national and global level. Students from around the world are coached by CIMS' international faculty in solo and chamber music performance, as well as music theory, choir, and ear training. CIMS' hallmark is the powerful sense of connection and enthusiasm that it fosters in both students and faculty alike. Students work and perform with musicians of different backgrounds and nationalities, learning to communicate through their music-making. This intensive program creates the best conditions for gifted young musicians to flourish. Our programs are tailored to each student’s level and development, including private lessons, music theory, ear training, chamber music, choir, master classes with CIMS faculty and visiting artists, as well as extracurricular seminars. Throughout our two week Summer festival, students perform at various venues including historical sites in downtown Charleston. Local students study privately with CIMS Faculty, and participate in masterclasses and recitals year round. All CIMS concerts are open to the public and free of charge.

Carlsbad Music Festival

Carlsbad Music Festival is a 501(c)(3) organization that aims to engage and inspire local, national, and international communities of composers, performers, creators, and concert-goers through world-class performances of adventurous music. CMF is committed to premiering new works, programming fresh and compelling music, and providing professional opportunities for established and emerging performers. Founded in 2004 by composer Matt McBane, CMF strives to enhance Carlsbad, California as a cultural center, engaging diverse audiences and providing wide accessibility by integrating events within community spaces.

California Center For The Arts Escondido

The mission of the California Center for the Arts, Escondido is to bring people together to discover, create and celebrate the arts. The Center's Performing Arts Series presents music, dance, and theatre performances of high artistic merit that appeal to a diverse population. The 9,000 sq. ft. Museum presents exhibitions that feature established and emerging American regional and international artists that intersect cultures and increase access. Uniquely designed standards-based arts education programs bring the arts to over 14,000 school children annually, with a special focus on reaching the underserved.

Laban/Bartenieff Institute Of Movement Studies

To maintain and grow a vital movement center dedicated to the preservation and advancement of the movement theories and practices created by Rudolf Laban and Irmgard Bartenieff. To introduce Laban Movement Analysis (LMA), the Bartenieff Fundamentals (BF), and related work to the general public, and to qualify movement professionals as Certified Movement Analysts (CMAs) through LIMS’ Certification Programs. To encourage Laban/Bartenieff-influenced artistic work, dance research and community engagement dance programs, and to seek the investment needed to publicize and support such endeavors. To bring together a dynamic network of international movement specialists and to promote communication, interaction and growth within the global community of LMA/BF professionals.

Opera Lafayette

Opera Lafayette is an American period instrument ensemble focused on the French 18th-century opera repertoire and its precursors, influences, and artistic legacy. Opera Lafayette inspires a love of this repertoire by presenting rediscovered masterpieces and creating a recorded legacy of its work. Opera Lafayette performs at the highest level of artistic excellence in major theaters in Washington, New York, and international venues. Opera Lafayette educates and creates new audiences for its repertoire by making opera accessible to the general public, families, young people, and underserved audiences through its educational and outreach programs and performances in low-cost alternative venues.

Midsummer Mozart

A beloved Bay Area institution, the Midsummer Mozart Festival was founded in 1974 by George Cleve and a regional consortium of classical musicians, who recognized him as one of the world's great interpreters of the music of Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart. So now coming into our 43rd Anniversary season, the Festival is still the only music festival in North America dedicated exclusively to Mozart. The Festival presents a critically-acclaimed summer concert season featuring renowned international soloists as well as distinguished local artists, with a dedication to fresh and intelligent interpretation of the work of this most enduring and universally loved composer. Our mission embraces both performances of the highest artistic excellence, and cultivation of new audiences, including young people, to assure the future appreciation of great music, and the arts.
