HALO believes every child should have the support of a family. We provide housing, healing and education to thousands of homeless and at-risk children. HALO began in Kansas City, MO by HALO Founder Rebecca Welsh, and has served as the foundation of a family for children who need it most since 2005.Our mission is to help one more child spend one less day alone.

We believe that dialogue and collaboration among people with diverse backgrounds and motivated to promote science are key for the brighter future of science in Japan.

The Fund for Educational Excellence is an independent nonprofit organization working to close the equity and opportunity gaps for all students in Baltimore City Public Schools. We believe that a strong public school system is the foundation for the health and success of Baltimore. We expand resources, identify and accelerate solutions, and recognize excellence so that all children in Baltimore City Public Schools experience an effective and equitable education.

Bamyan Foundation is a registered non-profit, non-partisan and an all-volunteer section 501(c)(3) charity in the Washington DC area. We are dedicated to promoting and providing support to at-risk populations in Afghanistan in the following key areas: education, healthcare, women empowerment, community development and youth programs. We believe that improvements in these areas will result in sustainable and equitable social development and stability in Afghanistan.

PRATI is a nonprofit community of practitioners, researchers, and educators. We believe in the transformational power of psychedelic medicines for healing people, profession, and planet. Through psychedelic medicine PRATI nurtures a new approach to mental health and illuminates a pathway for individual and planetary healing. We do so by expanding professional capacity for transformational care, restoring a relational paradigm of health and healing, and conducting clinically relevant research.

Since our founding in 1931, the Music Institute has grown into one of the nation’s leading community music schools. The Music Institute provides accessible, high-quality music education through private and group instruction for thousands of students of all ages. We believe strongly that the arts contribute to vibrant, resilient communities and strive to reach individuals with music education where opportunities are limited.

For over 25 years, the Denver Street School has offered struggling students a second chance to earn a high school diploma. We believe that every student deserves a quality education and the chance to become a productive citizen. We accept students who have struggled with, dropped out of, or been expelled from other schools knowing that given support and the right environment they can go on to a promising future.

The Dallas Urban Debate Alliance is committed to providing Dallas ISD students with the transformational skills found in academic debate. From critical thinking, advanced research techniques, argument formulation, refutation, questioning strategies, to finely honed listening and oral presentation skills, we believe that debate provides students the opportunity to become informed leaders in their schools and communities and to make a difference in their ability to advocate for themselves and others.
