Fly the Phoenix believes that education, as well as daily food, are basic human rights. In order to combat the imbalances of these rights, we are creating sustainable, 25-year cycle, educational community programs. These are funded by our local income-initiatives, challenges and international donations through our registered charity, Fly The Phoenix.

The mission of AAI is to build hope and empower communities afflicted by armed conflict and severe poverty. We believe that peace, security and respect for human dignity are inseparable. Founded in 2004 by a group of young professionals who believed people can make a difference, HandsOn Shanghai is an officially registered non-profit organization with the Shanghai Civil Affair Bureau since 2010. Governed by a board of 11 members, the HandsOn Shanghai volunteer platform helps to bridge the divide that exists between individuals who are looking to give back to their community and the organizations that would benefit from the support that volunteers can provide. With a primary objective of providing flexible volunteer opportunities for busy professionals and serving local charities in needs, HOS manages a big group of volunteers and a diverse range of community service projects in Shanghai Currently we engage more than 2500 volunteers each month through more than 150 local service projects. Projects that benefit the young and old through long term, committed, partnerships with more than 75 project partners. With our mission is to promote volunteerism, inspire, equip and mobilize people to take action that changes the world, we envision a world in which individuals, students, and corporate leaders are able to discover (and harness) their power to make a difference, participate as volunteers, and participants in the development of healthy, vibrant, and resilient communities.

MISSIONThe Fruit Tree Planting Foundation is a nonprofit charity dedicated to planting edible, fruitful trees and plants to benefit the environment and all its inhabitants. Our primary mission is to plant and help others plant a collective total of 18 billion fruit trees across the world (approximately 3 for every person alive) and encourage their growth under organic standards.FTPF provides support, resources, and guidance for those interested in planting fruit trees and spearheads a variety of planting programs. These programs are aimed at enriching the environment, providing nutritious food sources for wild and rescued animals, and improving human health by bringing delicious, fresh, locally grown raw fruits and vegetables of the highest quality into the lives of all people.VISIONWe envision a place where one can have a summer picnic under the shade of a fruit tree, breathe the clean air it generates, and not have to bring anything other than an appetite for the healthy fruits growing overhead. A world where one can take a walk in the park during a lunch break, pick and eat a variety of delicious fruits, plant the seeds so others can eventually do the same and provide an alternative to buying environmentally-destructive, illness-causing, chemically-laden products.Simply put, our goal is to encourage and inspire the planting of 18 billion fruit trees around the world. 18 billion fruit trees can spring out of the soul of one human being — we believe in thinking big, and loving even more

IRU was founded in 1990 to protect Idaho's wild rivers and fish. IRU believes healthy rivers and ecosystems are critical to Idaho's communities. We build grassroots campaigns around public policy issues raised by hydropower dams, fisheries restoration, water policy and watershed management. We are watchdogs, advocates, organizers and public opinion leaders in local, state and national river campaigns. For all who love the adventure, solitude and freedom of Idaho's wild country, IRU is the vigorous defender of Idaho's wild rivers and fish. We provide effective leadership to keep our free-flowing rivers from being dammed and to restore Idaho's wild salmon and steelhead.

Asset-Based Community Development with Equity Foundation (ABCDE Foundation) believes In "empowering local communities" so that they are able to contribute fully to the life of the community and live dignified lives." The ABCDE Foundation's work is focused specifically on the poorest of the poor as the main object and subject of development. We assist the marginalized poor such as farmers, fishermen, rural workers and out-of-school-youth to attain better quality of life through relevant programs and projects. We help provide training and research on the sustainable management and conservation of the environment and natural resources for and by LGUs, people's organizations, other NGO's and national government agencies. We showcase and demonstrate best management practices on local social mobilization, low external input agriculture and the promotion of resource-based livelihoods. We link with donors and partners in order to effectively run its programs and projects.
