Living Resources serves individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, traumatic brain injuries, and persons affected by impairments associated with illness, injury or aging. Our mission is to provide the individuals we serve with life-enhancing opportunities in a safe and nurturing environment. ICHOM’s mission is to unlock the potential of value-based health care by defining global Standard Sets of outcome measures that really matter to patients for the most relevant medical conditions and by driving adoption and reporting of these measures worldwide.
