Orbis is a leading global non-governmental organization that has worked to transform lives through the prevention and treatment of blindness for over 35 years. With our network of partners, we mentor, train and inspire local teams so they can save sight in their communities. Alongside those partners, Orbis provides hands-on ophthalmology training, strengthens healthcare infrastructure and advocates for the prioritization of eye health on public health agendas. Orbis operates the world's only Flying Eye Hospital, a fully accredited ophthalmic teaching hospital on board an MD-10 aircraft.

Founded in 2009, The Grassroot Project (TGP) uses the power of sports and the platform of athlete role models to educate, inspire, and mobilize youth to live healthy lives. We are a team of more than 1,000 NCAA varsity athletes and 5,000 DC teens who are committed to making our city healthier. The Grassroot Project capitalizes on the excitement, relatability, and popularity of sports to provide much-needed health literacy and social empowerment programs to DC teens. The only way for us to succeed is to believe in the power of youth to make a difference. In addition to providing health education to DC teens, we invest in the leadership training, cultural competency, and professional skills of hundreds of NCAA varsity athletes who serve as our program facilitators. Vision Statement: Every member of our North Coast community will have access to a seamless network of care and feel supported and empowered when facing a breast or gynecologic cancer concern. Mission Statement: Breast and GYN Health Project is a grassroots community resource for those facing breast or gynecologic cancer concerns. We promote healthy survivorship through information, hope, and healing support, while encouraging each person to become their own best medical advocate. We advocate within our community to address breast and gynecologic cancer concerns responsibly and holistically. We are cancer survivors and support persons healing through service and bearing witness to others.

EBCRP has provided substance abuse, mental health, and other health related services since 1989. With locations in Oakland and Hayward, California, we offer a full range of services from residential treatment for women and children to intensive counseling and vocational training.

We are passionate about helping people successfully make that transition into sober life. It is important to us that we help each individual and families with all aspects and struggles one could go through when starting a life of long term recovery.
