Wounded Warrior Project

The mission of Wounded Warrior Project® (WWP) is to honor and empower wounded warriors. The organization's vision is to foster the most successful, well-adjusted generation of injured service members in our nation’s history, by CONNECTING, SERVING, and EMPOWERING the wounded men and women who so bravely volunteered to serve our nation on or after the events of September 11, 2001. They CONNECT warriors, their families, and caregivers to peers, programs, and communities to ensure they have a readily available network of support. SERVE by providing free mental and physical health and wellness programs, career and benefits counseling, and by providing ongoing support for the most severely injured. And EMPOWER warriors to live life on their own terms, mentor fellow veterans and service members, and embody the WWP logo by carrying one another on a path toward recovery. Today, more than 110,000 wounded warriors and 26,000 family support members and caregivers are registered with WWP and have access to free programs and services that CONNECT, SERVE, and EMPOWER.

Wounded Paw Project

Wounded Paw Project is dispelling the belief that shelter dogs are NOT practical candidates as Service Dogs. This notion is based upon he belief that by breeding one can control temperament, wellness, and longevity. Just as anthropological data does not support that upbringing and race/color does not necessarily equate to level of performance and more importantly a constructive contribution to society. Shelter Dogs exemplify the military creed [dogma] of “Service before Self”, especially Shelter Dogs.

Project Road Warrior Foundation

The Road Warrior Foundation mission is to provide adventures that improve the lives of veterans and empower them through challenges that honor their service. 100% of all donations go directly to the veterans who need it most. There are no salaries, no extraneous expenses and the foundation is run by veterans and active duty soldiers who want to give back to their fellow brothers and sisters in service. Impact of your Support: Each year, hundreds of veterans come back from combat with injuries, many of which are severe and impact them and their loved ones significantly. The physical injuries heal, but the mental portion requires extra work. The Road Warrior Foundation helps veterans heal by providing them with unique challenges and journeys and utilizes “adventure therapy” to help give back some of the freedom and independence taken from these heroes. Through your generous gift, you help enable veterans to take on this challenge and participate in these events ultimately leading to healing and a better life for those who have sacrificed.
