Empowerhouse gives victims the time, space, and tools to heal their hearts, renew their spirits, restore their connections, and rebuild their lives. We break the cycle of domestic violence through shelter, housing, support, education, prevention, and intervention.Empowerhouse serves the Counties of Caroline, King George, Spotsylvania, Stafford and the City of Fredericksburg in Virginia.

Community Based Care of Central Florida envisions a world in which every child has a safe, loving and nurturing home – free from abuse, neglect and abandonment. Our services include Fostering, Adoption and Diversion. As the region’s leading child welfare organization, we serve more than 3,000 kids each day. Our services include foster care, adoption, mentoring and youth transitional services – along with resources that strengthen and empower families. In 2010, we started Love is Louder with The Jed Foundation to amplify a simple message – love and support are louder than any voice that tries to bring us down. Our movement started at a time when there was a lot of anger and confusion online after a series of tragedies involving bullying. Six years later, hundreds of thousands of you have grown the movement around the world. We’ve relaunched Love is Louder as a community because we want to turn our message into action. We want individuals and communities all over the globe to commit to taking actions that make us all feel more connected and supported.

The Triangle Down Syndrome Network (TDSN) is a nonprofit support, resource, and advocacy organization for individuals, families, and professionals. Our mission is to support, educate, and connect individuals with down syndrome, their families, and communities in North Carolina. We believe that the community benefits when individuals with Down syndrome are understood, respected, and appreciated. Lives are enriched when they are included in schools, recreation, workplaces, neighborhoods, and faith communities. We support individuals with Down syndrome and the communities they live in so that everyone can achieve their full potential.

HealthCorps is a national non-profit organization working to eliminate health inequity and improve lives by educating and empowering teens — encouraging them to become change-agents within their families, schools, and neighborhoods. Believing that limited access to health education can lead to a lifetime of social, emotional, and physical challenges, HealthCorps strives to strengthen teens with innovative approaches to health and wellness, providing today’s youth with the tools to become more physically and mentally resilient through educational programming, leadership experience and service learning.

Kentucky's young people are increasingly being victimized by abuse, neglect and family trauma. The Kentucky United Methodist Children's Homes responds to Christ's call to go into the world by providing quality social services for children and families. We have established a variety of services for children, adolescents and parents to bring healing and hope to often desperate situations. We believe every child is an individual of worth and is deserving of God's gift of wholeness of life. The scope of our services continues to grow and improve as new needs arise.

Children's Health Council's mission is to help children with ADHD, LD, Anxiety & Depression and Autism Spectrum Disorders thrive by promoting Social Emotional Learning, Academics, Executive functioning and Physical Development. Our Center, two schools and Community Clinic serve families in Silicon Valley as well as the greater San Francisco Bay Area. We believe there is a world of promise and potential in every child and using a personalized approach, we help children become happier, more resilient and more successful at home, in school and in life.

Step Up For Mental Health's mission is to support, educate and provide services to empower families living with the challenges of mental health disorders. We do this by providing a safe place to share stories and find support for others who are dealing with mental health disorders or caring for a family member with a mental illness. We believe that mental health issues impact social issues, including education, homelessness and poverty. Step Up For Mental Health strives to match families with resources to help move them toward a more productive life.

At The Crossroads reaches out to homeless youth and young adults at their point of need, and works with them to build healthy and fulfilling lives. By bringing our services directly onto the streets, we cultivate long-term, unconditional relationships with young people who would otherwise be disconnected from consistent support. We empower our clients to accomplish their individual goals, build community, pursue their passions, and find their own paths to happiness and stability. We believe that there are no limits to what our clients can achieve, and that every homeless youth deserves the chance to build an outstanding life.
