We believe every child deserves to be safe, loved, and connected through family. Bethany Christian Services is a global nonprofit that supports children and families with world-class social services, all designed to help families thrive.

We believe every child deserves a lifelong, permanent connection. We believe that people raise children, not systems. Through this belief, we have created our Promise of Permanency. For every child that enters a Boys & Girls Aid program, we promise to prepare youth for permanency, advocate on their behalf for permanency and help them find resources for their permanency. Permanency means a lifelong commitment between and with an adult and child. By providing each child with a permanent committed adult, they will receive the guidance, stability and emotional support needed to be a successful adult in their community.

The main reason that parents put their children in orphanages is lack of access to education and healthcare. We believe that families are better together, so we empower communities by providing school sponsorships, adult educational opportunities, and aid to make that possible.

We believe in empowering the future generations of Malawi to emerge from poverty through their own efforts by providing access to quality and relevant education, coupled with the necessary educational resources and training to assist communities in establishing and celebrating sustainable livelihoods.

JAFCO’s mission is to care for abused and neglected children and those with disabilities in the Jewish community and to work in partnership with families and the entire community. We believe that the care of children in our community is our responsibility, one we accept with joy, pride, and love.

We believe that as a team and as a family we can make serious change in our small corner of Haiti. With dedicated volunteers, informed donors and supportive fellow non-profits we can help provide a future for our Haitian kids.

The LightBridge Hospice mission is to assist our patients to move through the last stages of their life with grace, strength, and hope. We believe that each day can be filled with comfort, peace of mind and precious moments that can be transformed into memories to be treasured.

Village Classroom is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that believes access to quality education is a very important for improving the living circumstances for children living in underprivileged villages around the world. We repair and build classrooms to empower these children and their future.

First Day Shoe Fund is dedicated to providing new athletic shoes to school-age children in Kalamazoo County who qualify for free or reduced-price lunch. We believe all children should start school on equal footing.

Hunger Task Force believes that every person has a right to adequate food obtained with dignity. We work to prevent hunger and malnutrition by providing food to people in need today and by promoting social policies to achieve a hunger-free community tomorrow.

At Flying Kites, we believe that education is a path out of poverty. By partnering with local educators, government leaders and our Village of non-profit partners, we are building the capacity of locally-led schools through coordinated interventions that improve student outcomes.

Angel Covers' mission is to enhance the nutrition, Angel Covers is a volunteer run organization dedicated to caring for orphaned and destitute children around the world. We believe that each and every child deserves access to quality medical care, education, nutrition, and housing.
