Hope Scarves

Hope Scarves is an international non-profit organization based in Louisville, Ky. We collect scarves and stories of hope from women who have faced cancer and then send them on to others in treatment. We also raise money for translational research because we believe hope comes in many forms, but research is key for improved treatment options and outcomes. Since our founding in 2012 we have grown exponentially and affectionately become known as the “sisterhood of the traveling scarves.”

Tucson Cancer Conquerors Inc

Tucson Cancer Conquerors is an all-volunteer, non-profit support group dedicated to empowering cancer survivors and the communities that support them to achieve optimal wellness. We offer a unique peer support environment along with creative wellness programs designed to educate, inspire, and encourage cancer survivors to be proactive about their health both during and after cancer diagnosis and treatment. Our group is run by cancer survivors and our supporters, so we understand first hand the physical and emotional challenges associated with a cancer diagnosis. With a focus on exercise, nutrition, education, and support, we are here to help you successfully navigate the journey that lies ahead.

Asia America Initiative

The mission of AAI is to build hope and empower communities afflicted by armed conflict and severe poverty. We believe that peace, security and respect for human dignity are inseparable. Our goal is to develop programs as sustainable models that can be replicated globally. Our people-to-people initiatives integrate health, education, arts and livelihood as a basis for mediation. By building Hope, we overcome the hatred propagated by terror organizations. The success of these cost-effective models shows that empowering impoverished and conflict-plagued communities strengthens international security, stability and peace.

The Kentucky United Methodist Homes for Children & Youth

Kentucky's young people are increasingly being victimized by abuse, neglect and family trauma. The Kentucky United Methodist Children's Homes responds to Christ's call to go into the world by providing quality social services for children and families. We have established a variety of services for children, adolescents and parents to bring healing and hope to often desperate situations. We believe every child is an individual of worth and is deserving of God's gift of wholeness of life. The scope of our services continues to grow and improve as new needs arise.

Children's Health Council

Children's Health Council's mission is to help children with ADHD, LD, Anxiety & Depression and Autism Spectrum Disorders thrive by promoting Social Emotional Learning, Academics, Executive functioning and Physical Development. Our Center, two schools and Community Clinic serve families in Silicon Valley as well as the greater San Francisco Bay Area. We believe there is a world of promise and potential in every child and using a personalized approach, we help children become happier, more resilient and more successful at home, in school and in life.

Center for Individual and Family Counseling

At CIFC, we are dedicated to providing a diverse spectrum of mental health services for individuals and families. Our counseling programs are designed to promote healthy relationships and improve the overall well being of our clients. We believe in affordable, quality mental health care and are committed to developing innovative programs for the community. We are also an educational and training facility for Marriage and Family Therapist trainees and interns who are in the process of earning their hours towards becoming licensed counselors. This service allows us to provide greater mental health resources for the community.

Food Bank for Larimer County

At the Food Bank for Larimer County, we believe no one should be hungry. Our dream is to deliver health, hope and humanity to stabilize the lives of our clients and build a vibrant community. We are a private non-profit organization and the only Feeding America clearinghouse for donated food in our county. Each year, we provide food to more than 37,500 people in need through community partnerships and hunger-relief programs. Children Of The World

Founded in 1996 Children of the World, believes it is the birthright of every child to be in a loving family and nurturing home, and they seek to restore this birthright to children who are abandoned or orphaned by uniting them with adoptive parents. Children of the World is one of the few intercountry adoption service providers in the state of Alabama that is Hague Accredited by The Council on Accreditation (COA), an accrediting entity designated by the US Department of State. Based in Fairhope, AL, Children of the World has matched more than 2,000 children with loving families over the past 20 years.

Family Service Center Of Galveston Count

Family Service Center's mission is to promote the mental health and wellbeing of individuals and families through counseling, education, and prevention. FSC is a counseling agency in Galveston County serving individuals of all ages and their families. FSC provides comprehensive mental and behavioral support services to individuals regardless of ethnicity, gender, age, diagnosis, taking into account their ability to pay. We believe that the family is a basic and essential institution that needs to be supported and strengthened so that children, adults, and our communities can function well and live as optimally as possible.

Youth Guidance creates and implements school-based programs that enable children to overcome obstacles, focus on their education and, ultimately, to succeed in school and in life.

The Peche Hen

Over the Moon Diaper and Period Supply Bank is a volunteer-run, 501(c)3 nonprofit in Coastal Georgia. OTM is part of the National Diaper Bank Network, the Alliance for Period Supplies, and the Georgia STOMP Coalition. We supply diapers, wipes, period supplies, and incontinence products to families and individuals in need. Our mission is to bring awareness and support of basic health and hygiene needs, diaper lack, period poverty, and incontinence stigma to our community. We do this because we believe in dignity for all, no matter how big or small.
