Bosana Foundation is a respected international advocacy organization dedicated to empowering and improving the economic and social well being of marginalized population through the delivery of targeted education, scholarships and livelihood development programs.We focus on education because the youth of today are the decision makers of tomorrow. We also work with women because they such integral and vital parts of both family and community. The Bosana Foundation believes that through our various projects, we are empowering and educating women and youth so that history does not repeat itself and that Bosnia and Herzegovina can once again be a country which boasts peaceful multi-ethnic and multi-cultural traditions.

Global Diversity Foundation believes that our future depends on our respectful engagement with the vast biological and cultural diversity of Earth. We work to protect this diversity and enhance socioecological wellbeing. We carry out collaborative biocultural projects that build resilience, foster innovation and promote learning. Our work contributes to the growing global transition towards justice, respect and dignity for all beings.At the grassroots, through our regional programmes, we support communities as they improve their livelihoods while respecting environmental processes and make autonomous, informed decisions regarding their lands, resources and futures. At the global scale, we strengthen the knowledge, networking and communication skills of emerging environmental changemakers

Abundant Blessings House of Hope's mission is to offer a supportive and safe place to learn trust, independence, and self-worth during pregnancy. We want women to understand that there are alternatives to abortions and will support them and help them find resources to either keep and raise their babies or find a fair and acceptable adoption option. We use resources such as teaching basic life skills, job seeking skills, and, on the therapeutic side, horses to teach trust and communication. We believe that where these women currently are is simply a snapshot, not a definition of who they are. Everyone has the ability to soar on wings like eagles if only given the eyes to see the opportunity and the belief that they can.

Family Builders by Adoption believes that every child has the right to grow up in a permanent, nurturing family, regardless of age, race, ethnicity, culture, sexual orientation and gender expression (SOGIE), religion, medical, physical or emotional condition. Family Builders educates the community about the needs of waiting children, advocates on their behalf, and places children with permanent, secure families through adoption and other means. Family Builders prioritizes supporting families for children who need coordinated services to achieve permanency, including children who have experienced multiple placements; children with emotional, physical, developmental and learning disabilities; LGBTQ+ youth, older children; and sibling groups of children.

The Moss Foundation's mission is to Motivate, Encourage, and Inspire children in Detroit in three ways: Housing, Education and Residential Treatment Facilities. Motivate (Housing): We want to MOTIVATE current and prospective residents to become homeowners so that our children have stable environments to learn and play in. Encourage (Education): We want to ENCOURAGE our children to become EDUCATED ENTREPRENEURS. We provide annual scholarships to Detroit children who are majoring in business with an interest in entrepreneurship. Inspire (Residential Treatment Facilities): We believe that every Detroit child should have access to mental health Children are truly an Inspiration and we support our children with residential treatment facilities.

ANGEL AID CARES believes in uplifting the family by caring for the caregivers, particularly mothers who are the primary caregiver 82% of the time. The Movimento de Saude Mental Comunitaria do Bom Jardim (MSMCBJ) was initiated in 1996 as part of the outreach of the Comboni Missionaries in the Northeast of Brazil. MSMCBJ seeks to improve the lives of the people of the economically impoverished peripheral regions of Fortaleza, primarily the area of Grande Bom Jardim. To imagine a mental health project in a peripheral neighborhood like Bom Jardim, where the majority of people live in at-risk circumstances - in which extreme poverty, violence, a lack of housing and basic sanitation, street children, and unemployment predominate - is to believe that, even within pain and suffering, we can harvest flowers. That is, personal and social realities can be transformed. The challenge that MSMCBJ has been overcoming throughout its years of community action has been to demonstrate that, through the Community Systemic Approach, working with people's self-esteem results in greater self-awareness, which empowers people to create paths of liberation, thanks to the sense of participation and co-responsibility that MSMCBJ activities favor. The China California Heart Watch brings together experts from the United States, China, and around the world. Together, we use innovative and sustainable methods to combat the growing epidemic of heart disease in Yunnan Province, China. Our overarching mission is to serve the people of Yunnan through: (1) Training local healthcare professionals in the screening, diagnosis, and treatment of heart disease; (2) Improving access to high-quality healthcare and life-saving treatments; (3) Researching the epidemiology of heart disease, the effectiveness of our interventions, and other topics of critical value to rural Chinese populations. The activities of the China California Heart Watch generate no profits. We operate solely through the generosity and vision of our donors, foundations, and granting agencies. Building Better Days provides building toys for hospitalized children and their siblings in Maryland. We provide a building toy for a child admitted 3 or more nights in the hospital, who had surgery or who has a serious illness and is in and out of the hospital often. We also serve their siblings. We believe that days spent in the hospital take children away from their lives spent running, playing and enjoying their friends. We want to give children a piece of childhood by providing building and constructing toys. Our hope is that it will take their minds off of the treatments and procedures that they are going through and help them connect to their creative selves and share their creations with others, including new friends in the hospital.

The Foundation is passionate about helping seniors and their families find and use resources to enable aging with grace, independence and control. We promote informed decision-making to seniors and their families on a range of topics from care-giving to end-of-life care through webinars and in-person seminars/luncheons/meetings. We provide access to curated networks of retired physicians (called Physician-friends-of-the-family) as well as clinical pharmacists and counselors who provide compassionate counseling to patients and their families. We also provide financial assistance on to pay for short-term care-giving support.We believe that aging well is a group event, and in the company of family and friends, we can all age with grace and purpose!

Casey Cares provides ongoing uplifting programs for families with critically ill children in seven states and Washington, D.C. Believing in the importance of family, the programs at Casey Cares are structured to bring comfort and support to families during an extremely difficult time. The Casey Cares Foundation programs give families the chance to share treasured moments and become a source of strength for each other. Children under the age of 18 who are on active treatment for a critical illness may participate in our programs. Children who participate in Casey Cares Foundation programs suffer from various illnesses, including cancer, sickle cell anemia, cystic fibrosis, complex heart disease, cardiomyopathy, and severe aplastic anemia.

IMANI HOUSE's mission is to assist low-income youth, families, and immigrants to create viable neighborhoods where residents are decision makers who take responsibility for the improvement of their lives and surroundings. This is achieved through programs that provide Youth and Family Support Services Including Health Care, Health Education, Adult Literacy, and Information and Referral Services. Founded in Liberia W. Africa Imani House believes that anyone can achieve success and a higher quality of life if only they have access to appropriate information, skills and opportunities. Our programs in Liberia and Brooklyn use a bottom-up approach where grassroots people are recruited as trainers and employees and run our programs within their own communities.
