Family Promise (National Office)

The mission of Family Promise is to help homeless and low-income families achieve sustainable independence through a community-based response. Poverty is a complex problem. It won’t yield to a simple solution. It requires an integrated approach that reaches beyond immediate needs. We initiate coordinated local efforts that bring communities together to help homeless families regain their housing, their independence, and their dignity. Our family volunteers with family promise regularly. Won't you consider helping too?

Dignity U Wear Foundation

Dignity U Wear provides the new clothing necessary for children and families in need to succeed in school and the workplace. We have three focus areas: school children; women and children in crisis; and veterans.

Caiden's Hope

We believe that parental care is essential to the development of premature infants. We are striving to increase each NICU parent's ability to care personally for their precious newborn by partnering with hospital social services departments nationwide to provide travel expenses for NICU families. In the past we have helped by offering: Prepaid Gas Cards Rail and Bus Tickets Assistance with airfare Assistance with lodging fees Assistance with meal fees Every family situation is unique which is why we ask that you contact your hospital social worker. They will help you determine the possible expenses you will have during your baby's stay in the NICU. They will be able to reach out to CHF on your behalf & we will take it from there!

Beverly's Birthdays

We believe in spreading birthday cheer 365 days a year and that every child, regardless of personal or financial circumstances deserves a special birthday. In order to effectively spread birthday cheer, Beverly’s Birthdays operates under the following values: charisma: "it is a sparkle; an invisible energy, with visible effects." joy: "there are those who give with joy, and that joy is their reward. " compassion: "if you want others to be happy, practice compassion. If you want to be happy, practice compassion." purpose: "a life without cause is a life without effect." cheer: "the best way to spread cheer is to smile from ear to ear."
