The mission of Naperville Seniors in Action d/b/a Ride Assist Naperville (RAN) is to improve the quality of life for Naperville seniors and their caregivers by providing safe, affordable and dependable transportation to medical appointments. We will:• Respect the dignity of our senior passengers;• Provide a means for the employed family member to remain at work;• Strengthen the peace of mind of the senior passenger and their family and friends;• Encourage community response to help meet these needs.

Chiara Communities Foundation, Inc., a Wisconsin non-stock corporation (the Organization), is a newly-formed entity devoted exclusively to a program of support for charitable activities within the meaning of Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended (the Code). The Organization may also provide housing for the elderly and affordable housing for low-income individuals. The Organization is a Type II supporting organization of the Supported Organizations. The Organization will assist the Supported Organizations in meeting their charitable purposes. The Supported Organizations are nonprofit organizations that provide specially designed housing to elderly persons and low income elderly persons at the lowest feasible cost and maintains in residence those tenants who subsequently become unable to pay its monthly fees, as well as housing for low income individuals.

The mission of Meals-on-Wheels of White Plains is to deliver both food and compassion to our homebound neighbors in need. Meals-on-Wheels serves the shut-ins of our city who are unable to shop or prepare adequate meals themselves. These people are homebound due to some medical problem or condition such as a physical injury, physical illness, mental illness, recovery from surgery, etc. Meals-on-Wheels delivers two delicious and nutritionally balanced meals per day. Our goal is to bring to each client a smile and meals that taste great, look pleasing and meet their special health needs. We deliver two delicious and nutritionally balanced meals per day.
