Amazing Care Charitable Foundation

The Foundation is passionate about helping seniors and their families find and use resources to enable aging with grace, independence and control. We promote informed decision-making to seniors and their families on a range of topics from care-giving to end-of-life care through webinars and in-person seminars/luncheons/meetings. We provide access to curated networks of retired physicians (called Physician-friends-of-the-family) as well as clinical pharmacists and counselors who provide compassionate counseling to patients and their families. We also provide financial assistance on to pay for short-term care-giving support.We believe that aging well is a group event, and in the company of family and friends, we can all age with grace and purpose!

H.Y.S.S.O.P. Housing Inc.-Honoring Your Seasoned Spirit in Opulent Places was founded 2010, formed as a group in 2012, acquired its 501c3 non-profit status in 2015. Visiting Homemaker Service of Hudson County, Inc. (VHS) has been helping Hudson County families with their home care needs since 1959. Due to the ever increasing demand to stop and prevent child abuse, VHS is going Beyond Home Care by focusing on the expansion of the Family Services Department. VHS offers a comprehensive set of home care services and we are proud to say our professional staff has an average of fifteen years’ experience with our agency.We strive to improve the human condition by making sure that every life we touch maintains the dignity, belonging, and independence we all deserve. Our mission is to deliver a breadth of resources to caregivers, families and patients who are confronting the final stages of life. Vision & Values Statement SCHF exists to elevate the quality of life experienced by those confronting a terminal illness. Our services support not just the patient, but family members and caregivers as well. As a result, we are continuously working with the care team to fulfill our mission, all the while, never losing sight of our vision: to open a Hospice House in Southern California that serves as a live-in facility for end-of-life care. We Believe: Every life is precious… Every life deserves to be celebrated… Each moment should be lived to its fullest… These are the fundamental values that drive the Southern California Hospice Foundation to continually reach out and serve those struggling with the complex issues surrounding end-of-life.

Hospice Of Lansing

Our mission is to provide comfort care at the end of life. We believe that a life fully lived, no matter how long, should include an end-of-life experience of comfort, dignity, and peace. Our goal is to keep each patient as comfortable and independent as possible, while supporting the emotional and spiritual needs of our patients and their loved ones. We were the first non-profit Hospice in the area and one of the first 100 Hospices in the nation. Our founders were a group of dedicated doctors, nurses and community volunteers that began providing care to the dying on their own time. Our organization began in 1979 before there was insurance reimbursement for Hospice care and this dedication to our patients remains our culture to this day. Ionia Area Hospice approached Hospice of Lansing joined forces and a formal partnership was formed in 1984. Should the time come when it is no longer possible for a patient to remain at home, Stoneleigh Residence is a unique, comfortable, peaceful, and home-like alternative. Surrounded by gardens, a cascading pond, trees and wildlife, the Residence is designed to take full advantage of the natural beauty of its wooded 20-acre site. We are a true community-based Hospice, created out of necessity and driven by our mission to serve all by bringing kindness, respect and quality to the end-of-life. Hospice of Lansing, Stoneleigh Residence and Ionia Area Hospice provide pain management and personal care, respite care, emotional and spiritual support for patients, volunteer support and grief support for family members after the loss.
