The Bobby Jones Golf Course Foundation is a non-profit organization committed to growing the game of golf through access to improved public golf and professional golf instruction and programming. We welcome your support and encourage you to learn more about our efforts. Our mission is to transform an obsolete, dangerous golf course named after the most iconic figure in golf into a facility worthy of his name that will become the home of golf in Georgia, including a revolutionary reversible golf course designed by Bob Cupp, state of the art practice facilities, the Georgia Golf Hall of Fame, and programming designed to grow the game of golf with a specific focus on juniors and adaptive/accessible golf.

We are dedicated to transitioning retired racehorses into second careers and placing them in the right home. We are based in Central Indiana and have facilities in both Indiana and Ohio. Established in 2005, FFI took its name from famed racehorse Ferdinand who earned four million dollars on the track and won the KY Derby, but was ultimately led to slaughter. Our mission is very clear - To promote equine welfare by providing chances for second careers to retiring racehorses in Indiana, Ohio and throughout the Midwest. We believe that it is a shame that retired racehorses who are sound, have the potential to be sound, have good minds and have options for a second career should face an uncertain future.

Our mission is to inspire girls to be joyful, healthy and confident using a fun, experience-based curriculum which creatively integrates running.\n\nGOTRC empowers girls with vital social-emotional skills to help them succeed in school, at home, and within friendships. Every girl can participate in our program, no matter her physical ability or her family’s financial means. Since 1999, we've helped over 90,000 girls learn to “let her star shine." Our research-based, positive youth development program utilizes proven curriculum based in social-emotional learning (SEL) to deliver skills in building self-confidence, positive self-talk, managing emotions, navigating difficult conversations, standing up to bullying, and more.

ACFA's vision is " a Mali where all children are afforded the tools necessary for a successful future." We march towards that vision by executing our mission: " to provides Mali's vulnerable children a safe and loving environment which fosters their health, learning, happiness, and success." ACFA was founded from the personal experience of its founder, Kadiatou F. Sidibe, who was separated from her mother from age 3 to 26 and was raised by a single father in Bamako, Mali. Our goal is to turn risk into opportunities. We take street vulnerable children exposed to drug, prostitution, robbery, criminal activities, and give them a home with caring staff, food, health care, and education and see them through a upbringing that lead them to becoming self-sufficient, and support their own family and become contributors to Mali's economic development.

Our goal is to improve the health, safety and well-being of our campers and staff, by providing opportunities to build healthy relationships and increase self-esteem in a safe, stress-free environment. We seek to achieve our goal by ensuring our summer camp program stays focused on the following: 🧡 Matching each camper one-on-one with a counselor for the week, providing them with continuity and mentorship that can continue throughout the year and each summer. 🧡 Facilitating a wide-range of activities, including the Discovery curriculum, which have a focus on coping skills and promoting the positive attitude “I can.” 🧡 Creating opportunities whereby each camper can experience success. 🧡 Supporting our campers to develop skills to face their own circumstances and to make safe life choices outside of camp. 🧡 Providing campers with the experience of developing positive relationships with adults that can be transferred to their community, school and home.

The Battery Conservancy, a non-profit educational corporation, was created in 1994 to revitalize The Battery and renew the spirit of Castle Clinton National Monument, the park's major landmark. The goal is to return The Battery and Castle to their historic roles as the center of cultural life in the Harbor and Downtown New York. The historic Battery, at the southern tip of Manhattan, is one of the most visited parks in New York City. An estimated 6 million people visit The Battery and the Castle annually, including national and international tourists, school children, and local residents and workers in Downtown Manhattan. Sweeping views of the Harbor and the Statue of Liberty and Ellis Island frame the setting for New York's premier waterfront park. Visitors stroll along the 1500-foot Admiral Dewey Promenade at the water's edge, which is also the point of departure for the many ferries taking people to harbor attractions. The park's 25 acres are home to 21 monuments, memorials and works of art, many related to the Battery's role in the history of immigration and defense. The Conservancy plays a pivotal role among organizations vitally interested in the future of The Battery, the downtown district, the waterfront, the quality of community life and the environment in New York. New York City owns and maintains Battery Park through the Department of Parks & Recreation; the U.S. government owns and maintains Castle Clinton through the National Park Service; and both are major sites in New York State's Harbor Heritage Area. Warrie Price, founding President of the Conservancy, serves as the City's Battery Park Administrator and the State's Heritage Area Director.

"No child's life shall be curtailed by the circumstances of his or her birth because each one deserves absolute love and infinite opportunity to grow" Established in 2012, our fundamental purpose is to deliver those without means into this world safely and render them to a loving family securely. To provide and ensure quality healthcare, education, and recreation to all children, is our broader initiative. We have due to the support of donor organizations made progress by leaps and bounds. Our presence in Machar Colony has helped the community in providing them with services that are the basic right of every individual. Following are the projects that we have initiated in Machar Colony: 1. Khel- A learning and rereational centre for children in Machar colony, which solely focus on providing a learning space, a play area and a secure environment for children who work at night in shrimp peeling factories and are found gambling or aimlessly roaming the streets in the day time. 2. Sehat Ghar- a maternal and child health clinic under the name Sehat Ghar and since its inception in 2014 has treated 45,000+ patients for Hepatitis B and C, tuberculosis, water-borne diseases, scabies, respiratory disorders and diabetes. Our program is working with expectant mothers and newborn children and is enabling the community through various medical camps in order to make informed decisions regarding health, family planning and child birth. The three room clinic has an ultrasound facility and a running labor room for expectant mothers. 3. Pasban-e-Mauhal- An environmentally friendly initiative focusing on solid waste management and waste disposal. A garbage loader and two sanitary workers have been assigned under this project which go door-to-door and collect waste. 4. Imkaan Ghar- A shelter for abandoned babies. Imkaan Ghar shelters babies that are rescued and are provided healthcare and a safe home until adopted by forever families.

We teach a new one at our original workshops. We help discover talent We organize shows. We teach young people to be socially active. We give grants for their own ideas FOR SENIORS Respect. Care. Active life We are creating an Active Seniors Center so that they leave home and make them feel needed We use the skills and life wisdom of the Elders to build a world of values in the Young. Joint projects have priceless power We help the elderly in a difficult living situation. We donate food. FOR LOCAL COMMUNITIES Motivation. Knowledge. An impulse to change We make the dreams of small communities come true, for example about a playground or a day-room for children. We award mini grants, including: as part of the Act Locally Program We organize trainings and provide specialist consultancy for local NGOs. That they are effective and always "up to date" We infect people to act by providing equipment, materials and the Foundation's premises. We run the Biaobrzeg Civic Center Beyond that we got involved in helping Ukrainian Refugees coming to our region. Our main activities for Ukrainian refugees: - we organize the biggest collection of food, hygiene products, clothes, medicaments, etc. in the region - we run the largest gift warehouse in the region, which is open from Monday till Saturday. - we have registered over 1 thousand refugees, which we help, but we relocate also our help to other destinations in the region or even in Warsaw as at the beginning we are welled organized - we find shelter for all of the refugees we help- cover food for them, and all needed products - we cooperate with local authorities and schools to integrate the refugees - We cover cost of school starter kit for kids going to school - we work with companies to find jobs for refugees - we pay for school dinners for children - we work with over 200 volunteers regularly

Without derogating from the generality of the aforegoing the activities of the Foundation , inter alia , include: Disaster management and humanitarian aid delivery in crises whether natural or man-made including floods, cyclones, hurricanes, earthquakes , tornado, accidents and war; Establishment of medical facilities , clinics and hospitals; Delivery of medicines and medical equipment; Establishment of feeding schemes, food parcel delivery and poverty relief programmes including assistance with burial and funeral arrangements, provision of new and used clothing, blankets and baby milk powder; Provision of boreholes, waterwells and water purification tablets; Provision of free telephonic and face-face counselling services in matters of depression, drug abuse, relationship problems, HIV/AIDS, marital discord, parenting, learning difficulties, teenage problems, child abuse, domestic violence, maintenance grants, etc. ; Establishment of Drug Rehab Centres and Havens for the abused; women and children in particular; Establishment of orphanages and old age homes; Provision of wheelchairs, hearing aids, braille machines and any such equipment and aids to assist physically and mentally challenged individuals; Provision of Life Skills training; empowerment counselling and skills in counselling; Establishment of skills development programmes, entrepreneul skills and job creation projects; Promoting South Africa as a means to encourage tourism, investment and further job creation initiatives; Provision of agricultural implements and Farmer's Packs (seeds, fertiliser , LAN, etc.) to promote food security and self sustainability; Establishment of educational institutions whether religious or secular; Provision of bursaries, textbooks, stationery, computers, technology workshops and other educational support; Establishment of places of worship including a tekke (meeting place for dervishes or disciples); Promotion of peace, tolerance, understanding, love, mercy and inter-faith dialopue between people, communities, cultures and religions; Promotion of faith, spirituality and religious awareness ; Establishment of community radio, television and media to assist with all the above principles; Support of artists who can promote all the above principles through song , writings, etc.

CRK mission is to assist children in need while developing communities to better care for their own children. Our vision is a world where children enjoy all their rights, especially the right to be a child BACKGROUND INFORMATION. Child Rescue Kenya is an organization operating in Trans-Nzoia County in Kenya. The Organization assists vulnerable children and families through integrated development initiatives.CRK facilitates the rehabilitation of street children, and other abused or neglected children, by encouraging close links between community -child, project-child, and project - community. Multifaceted activities combine child rehabilitation centers with community development initiatives such as: a. Community Health clinics - both preventive and curative services. b. Training in home based income generating activities. c. Sports facilities in identifying and nurturing talents among the youths. d. Advocacy campaigns on Family health and HIV/AIDS, children rights, domestic violence and substance abuse among the youths. e. Bio- intensive farming activities targeting vulnerable families. f. Vocational training and formation of associations for youths. Vision, A society where children are enjoying their basic rights and leading a dignified life. Mission. To assist children in need while achieving positive change through initiatives that empower families and respect for children rights. Our Objectives are as stated here below;1.Child Rescue and Support. The strategic holistic approach emphasizes on improved child welfare under the projects through well coordinated interventions. Medication both preventive and curative Sports and recreation. Remedial education. 2. Increased Early Street Interventions. These aims at curbing the influx of children on the streets. Daily identification of new street arrivals. Referral to Child Protection Unit at the police and local administrators. 3. Increased advocacy on child rights. Through this pillar CRK seeks to empower youth; those living and working on the streets and those in the slums, through formation of self -help groups or associations, facilitation to vocational training and formal education to improve their livelihoods. 1 Increased access to formal and non formal education and training. Support youth for enrolment in public schools and vocational training. Peer to peer counseling on abuse of drugs. Support the youth to form self help groups / associations. Nurturing of talents through sports. Health education on HIV/AIDS, STIs and testing. Capacity building on enterprise development. 2 Youths engaged in micro businesses. Support trained youth with business start up kits. Routinely monitor the progress of the started ventures. Encourage and assist the youth to get national identity cards for opening bank accounts. Link the supported youth to government development funds e.g youth fund. 3 FAMILY SUPPORT. Through this pillar CRK works with families to build therapeutic relationships, addressing issues affecting children at home, helping families initiate income generating activities and practice bio-intensive agriculture for those with small farms to improve their food security. 3.1.
